Bob and his staff are very honest and will give recommendations on future repairs, however, they will be up front on what doesn&#39;t need fixing right away. This is very different from other repair shops that seem to always give you the worst case scenario. My wife worked at a business that they used and that is how we got to know them. It&#39;s a family owned business that you can tell was created from the ground up.
