Club H Fitness & Spa

Well I really love to work out in Club H. Unlike the other gyms always crowded, dark, and somehow smell bad. Club H its very clean, and the equipments are so new.
I really enjoy my time to work out here, the atmosphere is Very motivational and a really good workout

Yes, seemed lovely at first... But besides staff having attitude, what's worse, the management stiffed me of 2 months membership -- after going ahead and canceling my membership, they did not honor prior approved freeze; neither letting me use the service I paid for nor refunding me. Where in their policy does it say 2 months can be forfeited? I fulfilled the criteria of moving beyond 25 miles. They did not refund me anything until months after having canceled my account and only because (then, finally back in town) I showed up in person to demand it, and then only partial. Ignoring any communication attempts, no effort to resolve matter, completely blowing off the customer. Truly despicable. Really disappointing. I guess they feel they're doing so well, popular enough, they can afford to be arrogant and don't have to do right by a customer in the end. It'll come back and bite them in the ass eventually if they keep that up. I post this here, although my situation occurred at Hell's Kitchen location -- because it reflects on Club H as a whole, especially since I contacted the owner of Club H and he blew me off as well, not responding or addressing matter whatsoever.

It was really much nicer than I expected. The facilities are really new, such as great locker rooms, and clean space I enjoy my workout. I like the layout and feel of the gym. So far, I am having a great time and I highly recommend for others to join this gym.

club h is the best gym i swear. such a good deal in the city and its a really great location for people living in Murray hill. i recommend this gym to all my friends and they love it too. they have a lot of good promotional offers and are very friendly with good customer service

The gym is one of a kind because not only the staff but everyoen around me is so motivated. The classes, people want to be there. No one is lagging. Everyone is happy and excited to be working out and having a good time. The gym has a great atmosphere.

When I?m looking for a gym to join I don?t just look at the machines, I look at the machines + MORE. Club H definitely has machines + MORE!!!! Their classes are SO GREAT! I have always been a yoga lover but since I started going to H I have been opened up to a whole new realm of classes to take. Anusara is one of my favorite classes that I never knew existed until I joined this gym. It?s absolutely fab!

This club has 3 main problems:

The classes are horrible. We are talking waste of time, don't know what they are doing.

CAFE is never staffed. Can't ever get a water or coffee

Staff is rude.

PLAIN and simple do not go there.

I went to Club H to relax after work and the whole experience felt good. I got a massage, facial, and topped it off by relaxing in the steam room. Great place to relieve stress.

I?ve been going here for weeks now and the place rocks! They got great trainers and excellent equipment. I spent hours in the gym and I left feeling great.

I?ve been going to this gym for a while and its really great place. The trainers and machines keep you motivated. After that, its straight to the steam room for me.

Club H is a great place to work out. Once I'm done strength training, I head straight to the steam room. Very relaxing.. And it's pretty convenient that there's a spa there too. My girlfriend usually hits the spa while I'm at the gym. Definitely recommended.

They got great equipment in there to keep you motivated and after a hard workout, you can just relax your muscles.

I got a spa package at Club H as a birthday present. It was a great experience! The staff was wonderful and made sure I was happy and comfortable. The massage felt amazing and the facial was superb. I will definitely be going back soon.

They do certainly motivate you to work out here, but I just can?t resist that steam room some days. Check out the whole facility, up-to-date and most importantly very clean.

Isabelle just signed me up for a membership and it was really easy - she took the time to show me around, explain everything without pressure and get me started. I had a ton of questions and she didn't brush me off on any of them. Felt like I have some one on my side in terms of getting to the gym and getting back in shape. Facilities are clean and have everything I need. The hours are way better than at my last gym.

Always open whenever I feel like going there. There are plenty of benches, weight machines, and cardio machines for everyone to use. No need to stand and wait around for anything. Always clean and kept in good condition. You do get what you pay for.

I love having everything in the same place, new and modern equipment to workout, great trainers and a hip cool Spa!!! I'm pretty sure you will like it too because few gyms have the amenities that Club H has.

When I was younger I used to work out daily and I felt great, but as I got older I just
never had the motivation. The second I walked into Club H I knew it was going to change
my life. They offered me a trainer that was very inspirational and kind. The place had
a great environment as well which made me very comfortable.

I certainly agree with all users when they say they were surprised to find such a nice Spa in a gym. I just wanted to try it and guess what, I loved it! Of course I?m a frequent visitor now.

needed to ck out gyms after the recent closing of The Gym *sniff sniff*. one of the recommended places was Club H Fitness. started my wk trial on Monday and I Love it. it's exactly what I look for in a gym: spa like, not too crowded, not too big, and most importantly AMENITIES. the locker room is beautiful, towels galore, wooden lockers, toiletries, hairdryers, beautiful blue tiling in the large showers, relaxing clean steam room and sauna, etc. other pluses: the weight training class I took was great. they have locks and ipods for you to use if you forget. the cafe has good bites and at a reasonable price. my fav thing about this place is the cold towels they have when you really need the cool down. Very refreshing.

this is stupid but the only thing I don't like is the shower gel bc it kind of smells like pine sol.

Damn, I wish the place was closer to my office *sniff sniff*

Really beautiful facility- everything is brand new and top of the line. The people are extremely friendly, and I love the set-up/lighting/music. Personally think its better than an Equinox, and it barely costs more than NYSC, which looked more like the local Y. Plus their hours are better- they open @ 5am so I get to go before work in the mornings. I actually enjoy going to the gym now.

Pros: Lovely decor, state of the art machines, friendly staff, nice cafe, great spa

Cons: Just a bit more expensive but so worth it

Club H is the best health club in the city by far! I heard so much about the one is Hells Kitchen that I decieded to join this new one because it is close to my apt. I am so glad that I did, this place is beyond beautiful, very relaxing and has the best equipment for working out! The staff is amazing! And the spa is better than most spas in NYC. You will be so surprised once you step into this gym, state of the art facility, everything is top of the line, and so beautiful! The best place to work out in NYC!
