I've had 3 facials now with Rimante and she is amazing. She really knows skin and you can tell she puts thought into the facial you'll get that day based on the condition of your skin. The whole experience leaves you relaxed. She's a true professional.

My wife rewarded me for quitting smoking and set up a facial for me. Wow, What a reward! It was the best facial I ever had. Bella Sante was relaxing and inviting with a welcoming and wonderful staff.
I look forward to using many other services.

Pros: Local Spa that seperates itself from all others.

Cons: A little pricey but aren't we worth it?

the environment was soothing, the technician (Lisa) very knowledgeable, professional and has a healing touch, the products used were excellent and the outcome of the facial was fabulous. My skin feels and looks better than it has in months.

My experience was exactly opposite of the 2 negative reviews below. I was on vacation in the area and booked a 90 minute Blueberry facial with Kate C. on the recommendation of a friend. I'm so glad I went - the recommendation was fully justified! When I booked the appointment, the woman helping me on the phone was located at the spa and even checked with the aesthetician I booked (I had some skin sensitivity questions before I decided to book). I was checked in by a friendly front desk person, the atmosphere was quiet and soothing, and the check-in person thoughtfully walked to the locker room with me to explain how the self-setting lockers worked. My facial with Kate was even better than expected! Her technique was very professional, attentive, and extremely relaxing. I have highly sensitive skin, so am sometimes wary of the extraction part of facials; she listened to my concerns and fully took them into account during my treatment. She also gave a foot/leg massage and reiki scalp massage during the service that were phenomenal - good pressure and very effective, not just spa fluff. Overall, it was a totally worthwhile splurge, and the facial produced excellent skin results.

If I could have done zero stars I would have. Just an overall miserable experience from making my appt all the way up through the cash out part at the end. Which - let me tell you, not worth it. Unfortunately Bella Sante, (this location at least, I can't speak for the rest) has lost all quality employees that I have known and had services from. The esthetician was less than qualified and I felt I knew more than she did. It was truly horrifying. The environment of tea and water and comfy seats does nothing if you do not have the staff to back it up. I feel as though if I am paying so much for my service, it should be worth it. I do not want to pay for their over head. On a great note, I did find my esthetican that I saw there for several years in Starbucks after and do not have to go back Bella Sante ever again! Something to be said for personalized service and a friendly face. Just to give an example of what I mean, the young lady I ran into in Starbucks, recognized me immediately, asked me about my daughters wedding and chatted for a bit. When I had walked intoBella Sante an hour earlier and was greeted by the same women I have seen at the desk on every one of my monthly visits, asked me again for the 100th time, if I knew where the locker room was? Come on people? ! Seriously?? Do you know how much I have spent there and how often I go! Every four weeks or so for years! Ridiculous!

Let me outline my experience at Bella Sante. First of all I call to make my appointment and after I wait on hold for over 10 mins as I was informed from the recording that I was 7th in line to have my call answered, WIERD, because I thought I was scheduling a spa service at a supposed high end day spa not a comcast installation. When I finally did make my appointment with the girl from the satelite call center where ever that may be. (And PS don't ask them any questions, because they are completely unknowledgeable) I arrive to my appointment in Lexington only to find out that there was some kind of booking error and I wasn't in their system. I was accidently booked in their Wellesley Location! Maybe you should make sure one location is running well before opening others to only complicate your situation. The disgruntled desk worked who repeatedly just rolled her eyes and didn't even offer much of an apology walked me back to the locker room which resembled the filth of a local boys and girls club. I then changed and went into the waiting area where blankets were thrown around. (one actually on the floor) . My treatment was decent, but $25.00 for uneven eyebrows is ridiculous! I thought I was getting an $85 facial and at check out I was greeted again by the rude woman behind the desk who told me my service was $175.00 and showed me a basket with 6 products in it. As if I should now give them more business, The feedback from the employee seemed that they actually treat their employess just like their customers. Nothing more than a dollar sign and a number. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! There are quite a few smaller spas in the area with much more knowledgeable, personal service. This place is pitiful and should be ashamed of themselves.

I've been to spas all over the world and recently discovered one of the best right here in my area! I've now had massages, facials, and pedicures at Bella Sante Lexington and all have been wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating and the people I have seen for services are very knowledgable. The atmosphere is beautiful and serene, and always very clean. I feel relaxed as soon as I walk in the door. Check this place out!!

I HAVE NEVER EVER RECEIVED A MASSAGE LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE TIME. I'M A 41 YEAR OLD MOTHER OF 2 BOYS AND NEEDED TO GET ALL MY KNOTS OUT OF MY BACK. LET ME TELL YOU, GUERDA AT BELLA SANTE IS MAJIC. I HAVE HAD MANY MASSAGES IN MY LIFETIME AND NEVER FELT LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE. HER STRENGHT, HER HEAD MASSAGE AT THE END ALMOST PUT ME TO SLEEP. I FELT SO GOOD AFTERWARDS, AND PROMISED MYSELF TO VISIT GUERDA AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH. SHE IS A GEM. THE REST OF THE STAFF WAS SO NICE, AND I LOVED HANGING OUT IN THE LOUNGE DRINKING THEIR YUMMY TEA. SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR THE BEST MASSAGE EVER, GO GET GUERDA!!!!!!!!

I love to check out and try different spas but I think I need to stick with Bella Sante for my massage needs, I received a G.C for my birthday and went in and I was booked with Kim she was great!
I felt like I was on cloud nine not only was she friendly but her massage was one of the best and most relaxing I have EVER experienced.

I recently had my very first services at Bella Sante in Lexington - what a wonderful experience! The staff was delightful and the decor was beautiful - luscious and soothing colors with a sleek urban feel. Whoever decorates has a real eye!

I "experienced" a fabulous massage with Leslie who has extremely skilled and confident hands. She was very attentive to my individual needs and adapted the massage to address tough spots on my stressed out body. I came out renewed, relaxed and invigorated ... probably the BEST massage I have ever had. Maureen gave me an excellent brow wax and was equally lovely.

My experience at Bella Sante was unsurpassed - it is a true oasis of comfort and healing. As an important aside, I was not pressured in ANY WAY to buy any products - the staff was warm and kind and easy-going throughout. I can't wait to go back again.

The spa has been remodeled, it is now a bit more spacious and comfortable than before. It's super clean, virtually spotless. Most of the staff is nice and not too loud or too chatty. Unfortuately their one downfall is how much pressure they put on you to buy their products (a skin care line which by the way is not so great - mostly waxes and oils with a ton of fragance -no water binding agents, no sunscreen and barely contains any anti-oxidants) the entire spa experience and relaxation is lost by their heavy upsell tactics. There is only one bathroom and shower in the changing area perhaps they'll think to remodel it next. If you live in the area, don't mind spending $115 for treatment and don't feel like trekking all the way to Newbury St. to their Boston location than this is the spa for you.

All I have to say is check this place out. You are greeted with a smile, and the spa is spotless. The reviews prior to this are competely false. Lots of new services that are amazing.
