Go here for a great time with your girlfriends. My friends and me made a promise to each other we'd work out at least 3 days a week and going to solo is making keeping that promise so much easier. We even went 4 times last week cuz it was just so fun. Zumba is def my fave class and the zumba instructor is really good and also funny.

I took a zumba class recently with a good friend and we had a blast. The workout was intense but I honestly forgot I was even working out because it was that much fun. I was pretty jazzed to see they offer kids classes as well--my kids will love it!

I'm a student there and my kids take yoga in their gym class in school, most of their classmates' parents are also students in the Zumba class I am in. Location is so important to me on deciding where to go! and Solo PIlates is very convenient for me and lot of other people in the area. The hours are great I go early before work most of the time and weekends of course, sometimes Ill go at night If i happen to miss in the AM.

After having a baby and being a full time employee and mommy I needed to get back in shape and quick!! Pilates rocks! Totally what I needed. The instructors are amazing and extremely helpful. If you're interested in pilates, i highly suggest you give them a try..I also heard they do Zumba classes, I will try it eventually.

It makes intuitive sense; I was shocked when I reached this conclusion. I am one of those people who has a difficult time following directions while working out. You've probably seen me, or others like me. I'm the one who's usually moving in the wrong direction during your aerobics class. You know, the person who narrowly misses taking out the person next to her as she pumps her arms to the right instead of the left. The person who just can't follow the rapid-fire directions of the instructor as he leads a room full of seasoned gym goers through ever more complicated steps.

I wanted something which was effective for me and tailored to my needs. At Bria I got that personalized attention. My instructor started out by assessing my strengths and weaknesses. I learned that while I had done well by developing certain muscle groups, I had neglected others (which could make me more susceptible to certain injuries down the line).

I have worked with several different instructors through private sessions. I can't tell you how much it helps to have someone focused solely upon you. From just a glance, my instructors can tell when I'm using the wrong muscle group or when I'm using the wrong form. They also add intuitive explanations for why I should move in a certain way and how I can tell when I'm doing it right. I can't tell you how great it feels to have finished a workout knowing that you've done your best, and that your hard work will have real tangible benefits. You just have to experience it for yourself. After all, shouldn??t you make your workout work for you?

I'm completely obsessed! I started taking classes at Solo over a year ago and instantly was hooked. The workouts remind me of what I used to do as a dancer. The studio is beautiful! All the classes are innovative, fun, choreographed to great music and never boring and the teachers are fantastic!

Absolutely love going to Pilates at this studio! The instructors lots of knowledge, and are very professional, and have an enthusiastic, friendly personality. They always make sure you are getting a complete workout, have a healthy body, and are seeing results . I have seen actual results in my body improving in the last year -- stronger muscles, lower body fat, healthy body feeling. I would highly recommend you try this place out!

I like to workout hard so there is a good degree of this coupled with their postural corrections which are important to me also. The studio is gorgeous - super clean and has a really serene feel about it. The instructors are all friendly and really tailor workouts to suit the individual!
