They were paid in advance to pick me and my mother up from JFK airport and drive us to her home. As they instructed, they were called form Ground Transportation Desk at 5:29 pm om 8/25/11 (documentation available). I was told by their dispatch they would arrive in 1 hour, then another half-hour, then another half-hour. By 8pm they had not arrived, 2-and-one-half hours after they were initially called. Their dispatcher promiced a refund, ultimately I took a cor service home, and paid that driver.\n\nThey did not refund the charge as promiced. I tried to resolve the dispute with the vendor. I phoned them over 15 minutes, including hold times, was transferred between 4 different people and then promiced that a supervisor woul call me back within 5 minutes. He never called.\n\nIv'e instructed my credit card not to pay them\n

My sister had a 2:50 a.m. pickup for an international flight from Newark Airport. When the van didn't arrive, I called SuperShuttle, waited about 15 minutes to get an agent who told me the van would arrive in 2 minutes. It didn't. By now it was after 3:30. At 3:47 an empty van finally arrived, so the delay wasn't because of other clients. The driver said he just received the pickup call!\nFortunately, we had allowed extra time, but I am now waiting to see if she made her flight. \nI will never use SuperShuttle again. It is just too unreliable.

Pre-booked my pickup for my return flight. Waited an hour for them to pick me up, an hour of driving around the airport picking up other passengers, and 2 1/2 hours before I was finally dropped off (I was the last drop off). Seriously 4 1/2 hours to get from Laguardia to Manhattan with no traffic is unacceptable. A completely overpriced service.

I contacted them upon my arrival and after I got my luggage from baggage claim, they told me someone would come for me within 20 min. A gentleman showed up but took others and said he didn't have room for me, but would be back in 20 min. I waited 30 min, no one came, so I called Super Shuttle. They told me someone would be there shortly. This went on until 1:30am, when I called the final time and was told there were no more vans running and I needed to find another way home. This is appalling and when I called to complain and tell them I would never use their service again, the customer service rep told me ""it doesn't matter because we have so many customers anyway"". Horrible.

Pickup was earlier than I scheduled and it took 2 hrs to get to Laguardia from Midtown. You get what you pay for. If your flight is not too early, take the Airport shuttle or add $10 and take a cab.

I was appalled at how rude and inconsiderate the dispatcher and driver were and will never use this service again.\r\n\r\nI had made my reservation well in advance and spoken with the driver twice in the hour before he was to pick me up (to ensure he knew exactly where I lived). Apparently, he couldn't find my street (he had no idea where Broadway or City Hall Park was in New York!), and decided to just leave for the airport 7 minutes after he was scheduled to pick me up. He was less than 5 minutes from me, but refused to come and get me. No apologies, nothing.\r\n\r\nWhen I called the dispatcher to see if another shuttle could get me, they said that the driver had filed me as a no show. Not only was he rude, but a liar. It took an hour of talking to customer service to convince them to reimburse me the difference for a cab.\r\n\r\nFlying is stressful enough, who needs this kind of treatment? \r\n
