Billy called me first thing in the morning, he was attentive and asked the right questions so I hired him to come over the next day. He showed up even was there before I made it home to meet him during my lunch hour. He fixed on the spot what the problem was, I was pleased and the price was really reasonable. He was such a nice person and I felt he is trustworthy that he is coming back in 2 weeks to install 2 ceiling lights and fix my 2 spot lights by my fireplace. He is the best and for a single woman finding the right electrician who tries to work with you and help you understand he is The Best!!!

Very friendly and courteous service. Called earlier in the day to confirm appointment and then showed up exactly on time. It was a small job, so he provided an estimate and then was able to do the work on the spot. Completely satisfied.

They showed up on time and were very efficient in completing the job. In moving a piece of furniture, they hit the molding and nicked the corner. I will have use wood filler, sand and repaint. They did reimburse me the cost of repairing the damage

Alex arrived promptly at the scheduled time and provided me with a reasonable estimate (slightly less than we had originally budgeted, which was great). He was able to immediately complete the swap of my hanging light and was done in less than one hour. He offered to take away my packing materials, too. He did an excellent job. I am 100% pleased with the job and with Better Electric, as a result of Alex's work. I will definitely call them for future work, and will recommend them to others. Thanks!
