I took my BMW 325 in for it 60k service. Kelli had given me a quote for the service. When i came back to pick up my car, Kelli told me that there were a couple items that did not need to be done and thus my total bill was less than expected. Great surprise. Kelli is very personable and the service was completed when they told me it would be.
I will recommend anybody that has a BMW to use European Import Specialists.

I was referred to EIS by a friend. My expectation was very low even though I heard rave reviews. I was shocked at the ambiance and level of customer service. I have a BMW and was paying $80 for an oil change. Kelly did the same service for half of this price. More than assessed my car, gave me a list of repairs, and took my car next door to get an estimate for body work. ALL at no extra charge. Because you can relax while you wait on your car (coffee, TV, massage chair) I didn't want to leave. The time flew by while I waited as I was so relaxed. I highly recommend her! She is my mechanic. She's proven trust worthy and that's what I need being a single female.

I just bought a 2004 325Ci BMW. This is my and my husbands baby so we are going the extra mile to make sure if receives THE best treatment. Dealerships are too expensive so we were looking for a private mechanic that knows what they are doing. I have only been there once but liked what I herd and my experience. #1 They got me in as soon as the next appointment was available. Kelly was their early and let me in before they even opened. #2 The wait was not long. As soon at 8:00 came around, the mechanic checked in and settled then took my car back right away to start the inspection. #3 He showed me what he thought was wrong with my car instead of just telling me with the car behind closed doors. #4 Everyone was super friendly and knew what they were talking about. I will definitely go their again. I know if I go there my car will be taken care of and I will be getting my moneys worth!

I bought a '93 BMW 325i and I was looking for a shop that would give it some TLC. EIS fixed the most urgent items first, like replacing the worn-out fan belts and pulleys, and replacing the fan clutch to prevent overheating. Along the way, they also fixed a lot of little things free-of-charge: the broken door panel, broken sensors and indicator lights, etc. When the car had to be towed because the coolant reservoir cracked and all the coolant leaked out, they offered to pay for the towing fee even if it was not their fault (the plastic reservoir was really old). Now, that's business with a heart. I am so happy that I found a reliable BMW service center I can trust.

EIS replaced my clutch and performed major service on my Porsche 911 for about 33% of what the dealer quoted me. They did an amazing job and my car nor performs better than when I bought it. Also, the owner has a fantastic personality and made the experience enjoyable and memorable. I will absolutely take my car back in the future and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to service their car.

I have been to other BMW repair shops, but after one visit here I am hooked. European imports is owned and operated by a woman who really knows her stuff. They are very professional and the prices are quite reasonable. In fact their prices are lower than other shops I have been to and they do better work. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The owner, Kellie, is the absolute BEST. As a woman looking for automotive service, I am always skeptical about trying new places but my apprehension in this case was completely unnecessary. Kelly and Karen (pardon the spelling if it's incorrect) made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in their door. Kellie took the time to explain everything they were going to do to my Mercedes as well as everything that needed to be done. She even went so far as to actually show me what needed to be done (as if I really knew what I was looking at), but she went above and beyond and for that I will keep going back and telling everyone who has a Mercedes/BMW in need of repair to go see her. DO YOURSELF A TREMENDOUS FAVOR AND CHECK THEM OUT. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't (and they are FAST--I was in and out of there in less than 1 hour).

I needed a 60k service on my 2005 Porsche Cayenne S and received quotes from both dealerships and EIS. EIS was half the cost and gave me more knowledge of what needed to be done then the dealership. They were thorough with the quote and included things that were additional elsewhere. The appointment was easy to set and the rental car was nice. They had it done quickly and professionally.

I will definitely go back and make sure all my friends use them.

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of European Import Specialist. Kellie (owner) was punctual and explained the entire service process to me. At first, I was kind of skeptical about stepping out to get service from a place besides my dealership but Kellie assured me that I would be satisfied as well as warranted my service! I would highly recommend my family, friends, and local Atlanta to use European Import Specialist. They are willing to do what it takes to get the job done at a affordable price!

From the very first conversation I had with European Import Specialist I knew I had selected the right company. I am the owner of a 97 Porsche Boxster, I needed some work done on the rear driver side, if you have every owned a Porsche you know maintenance could be a nightmare. The Specialist at ESI made my experience nothing short of magnificent. The quality of work and professional behavior they displayed was completely by far amazing. They went the extra mile to assisting me with finding the best pricing possible to fix my car. They really took great care of me; in comparison with the dealers I will say hands down if you are looking for the same great quality at a fraction of the cost and really be taken care of like the king or queen that you are the visit European Imports Specialist. After checking around I found EIS and took my 540 in for service (much more affordable than the dealer). The location of the shop is central and closer to us from the NW suburbs. Kellie makes you feel very comfortable as if you knew her for years!

I had been taking my car to another shop until a friend recommended EIS. I have found they ONLY repair what is needed, and the quality of the work is as good as a BMW dealer. I have also found they make every effort to work around my schedule to get the work done. You can trust these folks.

I took my car to a Mercedes Dealership and had an outrageous estimate, wanting a second opinion I then found Kellie and she was so great to me and at a much cheaper price! I am new to the area and she really made me feel welcome and helped me with directions to the shop. I will definitely continue to get my car serviced here!

Get ready for an enjoyable trip to the mechanic! I know how it sounds, but these guys know their cars and they know how to work on cars. This is something you want in your repair shop. I'm a car guy and I'm always hearing from my Euro car owners that they don't know where to go any more. All I have to do it point to EIS. Their focus is on their customers and keeping them informed. Just what you need in a repair shop. EIS has great service, reliable work, and reasonable prices.

Customer service is priority one at this shop! I took my Mercedes in for repairs last week. I was given an estimate for the repairs, which turned out to be much cheaper than the dealer. The work was professionally done and they kept me up to date on my car's status. I highly recommed their service.

I called European Import Specialists after they had closed (unbeknownst to me). I didn?t bother leaving a message but 5 minutes later Kellie called me back to see how she could help me. Heck, the last garage I used wouldn?t return my calls when the brakes from the brake job they just performed started squealing. European?s focus on customer service was what sold me. Their truthfulness in laying out all of the options and separating what work was needed immediately and what could wait until later convinced me that they had my best interests at heart. Kellie seemed honestly sensitive to how much work I could fit in my budget. My first visit to them will not be my last; unlike the other joker I dealt with who may have initially got my money, but ultimately lost me as a customer.

My husband and I have been patrons of european imports for about 10 years, and we have never once wanted anyone else to look after our car's. When we are thinking of buying a new car we consult with them. If there is a problem no matter how minor they always check everything on the car to make sure we are safe. I could not say enough about this business. They treat you fair and are like family. We have three BMW's and they all drive like they just left the lot, two of them are over 10 years old.

This is the best European import auto shop in the Atlanta area. I highly recommend it.

I have been a customer of European Import Specialists for almost 10 years now. The European Import Specialist team has provided service on all three cars I have owned during this timeframe.

Seven years ago, I moved 30 miles away from the shop. I tried a four different mechanics more local to me - and all four times I was disappointed due to the poor quality of work, high prices and the feeling that the mechanics were more interested in billing me for work that may not have been necessary.

I have never felt more comfortable with an auto repair shop. All anticipated charges are reviewed in detail before the work is done and all the work is guaranteed. I feel totally confident that the work being done is necessary, done well and I am paying a fair price. In fact, when I have done price comparisons, European Import Specialist prices are always the lowest.

The first time I brought my car into European Import Specialist, I was concerned about a "rattling" I heard in the rear of the car. One of the mechanics took my car out and could not hear the sound. The next step the team took was for the owner to drive the car while the mechanic rode IN THE TRUNK in an effort to hear the noise. Mind you, this was during the summer in Atlanta!

I am sold on this company. As long as I live within a one day drive of European Import Specialist, I will be taking my cars there.
