No solo workouts at this clean, brightly lit studio. Weekend warriors, fitness newbies and athletes tuning their game meet up for session with licensed personal trainers.   2. When to Go - Jumpstart your workout regime and join one of the monthly group training sessions. Meeting three times a week, classes include no more than eight clients.
  3. Save Time - Although walk-in inquiries are welcomed, you may be better served by calling ahead to schedule a free meeting and fitness assessment.
  4. Know Before You Go - Payments for sessions are paid directly to trainers. If you're planning to use plastic, make sure ahead of time that your specific trainer accepts your card.

Being a part of the HOT BOD bootcamp has been such a wonderful experience for me. I could not believe the changes I had in just one month! My body fat decreased by almost 6% and I lost over 10 inches. The bootcamp has really changed my outlook on the way I want to eat and exercise. It was a fantastic surprise when Mariesa and Diana told me I was the overall winner! I love this place!

Intuitive Personal Trainer, Great Atmosphere, even Better Results

If you are a woman looking for a great place to workout that caters to your specific needs this is perfect ?gym? for you. My personal training program was developed specifically to meet my goals and is modified to keep my interest. I get individualized attention and support from my trainer and care is taken to make adjustments each session so that I can achieve maximum value from my workout. The friendly, supportive staff welcomes you as you walk in and are always eager to provide service. The atmosphere is clean which is always important to me. I've been a member for a couple months and my only regret is that I did not join sooner. I would rate them a 10.

Best Workout in Austin - Professional Personal Trainers

I?ve been working out at Workshop Fitness for 3 months now and am continually impressed with such exceptional workouts. I have never worked out this hard and I?m actually back in the zone of craving a workout every day! The classes have been challenging, and have gotten me in better shape than I expected. I?ve been mostly doing the hardcore class which has helped me strengthen my core in such a short period of time. I?ve noticed more tone and definition as well as weight loss. I?ve heard their bootcamp is one of the best in Austin so I?m looking forward to switching up Hardcore with a bootcamp soon. The whole experience has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this to anyone at any level.

Great Experience

I am currently on my 2nd boot camp and think that the owners have really created something great at Workshop Fitness. I also thoroughly enjoy the personal training in a cool studio with such a private setting. It is an unintimidating environment right in the heart of a neighborhood that really needed something like this. It is close to my work and central to all that is great in South Austin. Although my experience has been with only Jason, all of the trainers seem highly qualified. They are encouraging, knowledgeable and sensitive to all needs.

I would highly recommend Workshop Fitness to anyone interested in personal training or a boot camp.

Best. Workout. EVER.

I took the first Workshop Fitness Boot Camp and LOVED it! I saw results in my arms, legs and abs after just a few sessions. My boyfriend even commented on how I was 'really reshaping' my body.

After boot camp ended, I signed up for another one, then started personal training with Mariesa. She listens to my needs (I have injuries that need to be carefully worked around), my wants (what body parts I need to focus on), and is always coming up with new exercises to keep the workouts fresh. She keeps things moving so you get a cardio and weight workout at the same time.

She's motivating, knowledgeable, and fun to work out with. I HIGHLY recommend Mariesa and Workshop Fitness to all of my friends.

I signed up for a bootcamp only to become pregnant before the first session even started! Mariesa was incredibly understanding and even took the time to modify exercises so that they would be safe for me to do in my condition.

As a personal trainer, Mariesa has a wonderfully relaxed style yet an excellent way of encouraging you to push yourself. She is very creative in her techniques and our sessions were always fun, never boring. My arms have never looked better and even other personal trainers have complimented me on my muscle tone. Mariesa is 100% responsible for that!

Great personal training

I love working out here. The personal attention, combined with great variety of equipment and a spotless space is great. I also like that usually I'm the only client in the space. Very glad they opened in my neighborhood - there's not a lot of great gyms in south austin and I was having trouble going downtown to Pure Austin where I was a member before. I highly recommend this place!

Pros: personal attention, lots of equipment, clean, bright
