Urban Air responded to my ServiceMagic request within minutes. Urban Air had a service tech at my home within a couple of hours. The technician was friendly and had our air conditioner working in just a few minutes.

I was very pleased with the fast response and service I received. I put in the request to have my a/c checked because I noticed a leak in the downstairs living area. Urban Air (Lewis) managed to set-up an appointment that same day and took care of the problem. It turned out to be a clogged drain pipe. Lewis was very professional and knew exactly what to do and provided me with tips on how to do basic maintenance on my unit. Should I have a problem in the future or need to replace my unit, I would not hesitate to call them again.

Tim called immediately when I sent in the request. He was very quick to set up an appointment for the repair and even gave me a quote when I told him what the problem was with my A/C. His co-worker Chance, came out to repair my A/C duct at at the time and day we specified. He did a great job and much cheaper than anybody else who bids on this kind of work. I would definitely recommend Urban Air to anyone who is looking for quality repairs.
