At The Viceroy Royal Indian Dining, our vision is to simplify Indian cooking and bring you back to the basics with nutrition, quality, flavor, aroma and taste. If you have never experienced Indian cuisine, you're in for a treat. We offer a richly varied menu of fresh ingredients, wholesome sauces and flavorful spices. All of our food is natural and prepared daily on premises with no additives or preservatives. Meat lovers will savor our lamb, chicken and beef entrees. We also have some of the finest vegetarian dishes in the area. Our curry is not the curry powder you find in the grocery stores. Contrary to the common belief, curry is not necessarily spicy. It is an Indian word, which means, "Sauce". In our curry dishes, you'll find a delightful combination of mild spices, which provide a depth of flavor. Child portions are available on some entrees at half the regular price.
My husband has been eating here for months for business lunches and finally convinced me to drive out of the perimeter to try the Viceroy. He was right-- the viceroy is seriously the the tastiest & freshest indian food I've ever eaten.
Pros: Incredible food, wonderful service

Believe the reviews-- This place is the BEST Indian Restaurant in Atlanta. I'm sitting here at Viceroy as I type this eating the Tikka Masala and this is the most flavorful Masala I have ever had. The staff and owner are more than gracious. The experience is divine.

One yardstick I use with Indian restaurants is to see how tough or grisly their lamb is, and The Viceroy passed with flying colours! Large pieces, tasty but not tough at all, which means they gave some care and thought to their meat selection, as it can be very hard to get good lamb in the states. All the other items we had were as good as I've ever had in an Indian restaurant as well. The Lentil soup was outstanding! We took away enough for easily another meal or two in our doggie bags. (Way too good to throw away!) Staff were very attentive and friendly; overall, highly recommended.
Pros: Generous portions, perfectly spiced
Cons: None, just not ideal location in Walmart Plaza

What a fantastic find in Dunwoody! The BEST Indian food in Atlanta! The restaurant is beautiful, and clean. The staff is so friendly, and helpful suggesting many of their specialties. A fun, and unique place to enjoy with family and friends - we are lucky to have it in town.
Pros: Best Indian Food in Atlanta!

Indian food always gives me trouble, so I eat once in a year or so. This time I ate at this new restaurant in Dunwoody, and I am in love with the food. No troubles so far :) They are now offering coupons if you signup for their email newsletter. You can signup for it right at the restaurant as they are using a micro laptop Sterizon wizit.
I will return to get more tandoori next week.
Pros: Tandoori, Ambiance
Cons: $$$

I was a little hesitant about the location, but once inside the food and service was great. If you're a die hard Desi, then you may not apprecate the western take on the food. The service was good, food better. I hope that they stay consistant and most Indian resturants fall aprt on both count after three or four month.

Atlanta's newest Indian restaurant is also its best. From the moment we walked in the door, Jay (Jitain), the owner, greeted us at the door and welcomed us. The entire staff was extremely professional and the food was prepared with meticulous pride. Jay detailed the various spices that were used as he told the story of how the resaurant came about. The atmosphere was gorgeous and inviting. The Tikka Masala was out of this world as was everything else. Needless to say, I'll be back.
Pros: Best in Atlanta
