LIFT is great because you get to work out without the craziness of a regular gym that is full of people and distractions. I've been training with Sarah Swanson. She is very smart and knows what she is talking about- and can explain it so that I can understand too. I have foot and back problems that can limit some of the training I do. She listens to me and changes the routine to fit my specific needs. She is also great at explaining nutrition issues and helping me with my diet plan.
Also, I've had an amazing massage there from Gary!

Lift Fitness is exactly what I needed to get back in shape and learn about more than just pumping iron. Sarah is extremely smart about training and will customize your workout to your specific needs. I won't go anywhere else!

Great Personal Training

LIFT fitness is the perfect place to go to really achieve fitness goals. After having a baby, I needed to lose weight and gain strength. I work with Sarah a couple of times a week. Each session is unique. I definitely feel the difference and can't thank her enough. I know I am healthier and stronger because of the time I spend at Lift Fitness.
Pros: A workout that is designed specifically for you.

LIFT Fitness A Great Way to Get Fit

Being highly physicallly active and an avid runner, having injuries really sets me back obviously, physically and even my frame of mind. LIFT Fitness (specifically Sarah Swanson) has been so knowledgable and helpful to get me on the road to recovery. I am jazzed. She/they make the workouts specific to my needs and fun along the way. Lift has a great gym right in Belltown. I highly recommend it.

Cons: I wish I had more time to commit, I'd be in every day

Results!

I have been training with LIFT this summer and am loving the results. My arms, abs, legs are toned and I love it! Sarah and Jody have taught me how to use free weights correctly and effectively. I am much more confident to use those weights on my own now. There is also a massage therapist & Bodywork technique specialist on staff, a definite plus! Thanks LIFT for helping me get bikini-ready!
