Protech Auto Repair & Maintenance

These two guys have been my auto techs for several years and have always done wonderful work for me. Recently, I took a friend to their shop to get some work done. She had not done maintenance on her vehicle in a while. They inspected her vehicle and assisted her in working within her budget to set up a priority list for what to get done as her budget allowed. She now has peace of mind that she has a reliable vehicle and was relieved to get such trustworthy, expert assistance.

This is a new automotive shop that i heard about and now this is where I bring all my car problems and maintenance needs. They have fair prices and this is coming from a UT student. They gave me quick and good service that fits my budget. I definitely recommend this place to my friends and people in need of a quality car repair or oil change.

I have been driving for about ten years and these are the first guys I have come across that I trust. I have been to many different mechanics and never found one I liked. I have not had any maintenance done to my car yet by these guys, but my girlfriend and I brought her car in to them a couple times so far. These guys are honest. They took us into the garage to show us exactly what was wrong with her car. They told us how much it would cost to fix it and even offered us an alternative that would not last as long, but would cost us less in the short term. Last week my girlfriends mom was in town. She lives about an 1 1/2 hrs from Austin. Her breaks went out on her truck due to a brake fluid leak on the front passenger side caliper. She had no brake pressure and did not want to drive far so we tried Lambs and Wal-Mart which was right down the road from her job. They both said they couldn't look at her truck because they were closing in an hour so we called Pro-Tech since we already had work done there on my girlfriends car. They took her moms truck in and stayed late to fix it on a Sat. since she was not able to drive back home. My girlfriends mom had her truck back in an hour and was able to drive back home. The guys at Pro-Tech earned my trust as well as my girlfriends and just made two new repeat customers. My friends and family will also be recommended to these guys for there outstanding customer service and dependability. Thanks Pro-Tech.

Most automotive repair shops will take advantage of woman, thinking that we don't know the difference between brake fluid and oil fluid, struts, rotors and fallopian tubes!!! (LOL!) After getting an estimate from my local Toyota dealership for repairs, which sounded overpriced, I brought my car to these guys and they saved me $$$, not to mention got the job done faster! Even an oil change is less than the dealership, and they use premium brand oil and filters!I'll definitely recommend them to all my friends :)

These guys know what they are doing and are trust worthy. They will treat you right and fair. They two owners have over 50 years of experience and are open on Saturdays! If you need any kind of auto repair go by personally, visit their website or give them a call!

These guys are awesome. When my car needed extensive repairs they made every effort to keep costs low yet make sure my car was safe and functional to drive. Steve even came to my work, picked up my car and returned it before lunch! I really enjoyed working with this shop and would recommened it to friends and family.
