This is an amazing workout. I am so over the heat outdoors and the smell of plastic in the gyms. This is an intimate studio 5-10 clients at a time and the instructors really know how to individualize the work out. They are high energy and really like what the do which translates to the clients. My body began changing in the second week, can't wait until week 6!

I've been attending classes at Hardcore Pilates for over a year and can not describe how much I enjoy the workouts. I rarely enjoy working out, but can honestly say that Hardcore Pilates makes it fun! The class size is small, and the trainers customize the workout for each individual- so it's great for anyone, any age no matter what fitness level. There are men, women- all ages in my class. Hardcore Pilates has made me feel stronger and healthy.

The morning classes (5:30am) have been a lifesaver since my family takes up most of my time in the evenings. The intense workout helps start my day with energy. My posture and body awareness has improved drastically. Hardcore Pilates coupled with diet and cardio exercise has allowed me to drop my extra weight and feel better about myself and my overall health!

I'm in my late 40's and I have been doing Hardcore Pilates for 3 years. In my class we have people in their 60's and people in their 20's. It's perfect for everyone because the class size is small (5-10 people) so the trainers modify the exercises according to your level.

It only took about one month to notice my muscles getting toned. After three month, I could feel that I was much stronger and had more energy. This class helps me keep my weight down and I can tell my metabolism is much higher.

I absolutely love the workout I get at Harecore Pilates and the results, but on top of that the people are great which make the classes fun. Even if you are out of shape and a beginner, the trainers and the people in the class make you feel welcome and part of the team.

I have been going to HCP for a year now and I am still losing inches (now I have to work on my portion control!) - The Waynes, Rachel, and Cory are outstanding - and with the small class size - it's like you are getting your own personal trainer since they are able to watch your form and customize your workout to your ability. The fun, friendly atmosphere provide for a FABULOUS workout..and watch out for Big Daddy Davis --- he provides added entertainment during your workout!!

If you want a great workout that you can definatey see a difference, Hardcore Pilates isy our place. The instructors are very knowledgeable and really push you to have an ultimate workout! I swear the instructors dream up some of the exercises, their creativity keeps the classes fresh, the exercises never get old!

I was nervous at first, but the trainer did a great job walking me through the process of using the Reformer machine and with the Pilates program. I have tried multiple pilates programs/videos and no program has made me feel this great! When I walked out of my first consultation I instantly felt the muscles I had just worked out. I have seen amazing results throughout my body... I can see my arms, legs, and stomach getting toned.

OMG! I have taken several pilates classes before, but none like this. I am a regular gym goer. I run, spin, circuit train, etc, on a regular basis. I have never been challenged in a pilates class. I was fully prepared for a great stretching workout perhaps gaining some additional flexibility. I got sooooo much more than that! I worked muscles that I hadn't worked in years and it was a total cardiovascular workout. When I left I was drenched with sweat and my legs and arms were already shaking. I signed up for more classes on the spot! The instructors tailor the workout to your abilities while still pushing you for more. I would have all but given up on pilates if I hadn't found Hardcore Pilates. It is a fabulous workout. Just give it one class and you will be a beliver.
