I bought a 1/2 Price Gift Certificate from 99.5 The Wolf. Moonshadow wouldn't honor it because the previous owner set it up and John and David (the current owners) said they would lose money on the certificate. Not my problem. The business is still Moonshadow Tinting as the certificate reads and the store sign reads. They should have honored it regardless of the owner. He was NOT AT ALL willing to work with me. Terrible customer service. NEVER do business with this unreputable company.

The previous tinting on my rear window had started to peel. They (Justin) explained my options and helped me decide what would be best for my needs--as to cost, tinting and heat reduction. The service was fast and the explanation of what I could expect and when and how to clean the window very thorough.

I originally went there for window tinting because i wanted a darker tint for my car. They explained to me that the tint i already had on my car was actually not worth stripping and putting on a non-metallic tint. Instead, i got a prestige alarm system which they installed in about an hour. They are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about everything they do. I plan on going back for some new rims soon and my sister wants a tint for her car. Don't even try to look for another tinting, car audio and installation, security place. Choose Moonshadow and it is worth the drive!

When looking for a place to take my car to get tinted, I wanted this place to be professional, good quality, and offer warranty on their services.
At Moonshadow, customer service couldn't have been any better. I really appreciated him taking his time to explain every detail of the process, the pros and cons of all the different types of tint there was and giving me advice on what he thought would be best for my car.
I left my car on a Saturday morning and it was ready in a little less than 2 hours.
After 3 days, the results were great, I'm very satisfied and happy I chose to go to Moonshadow.

I went for tinting yesterday because of the video and found it to be 100% true. You should see these guys in action! They are such pros when it came to the righ color, the speed of the service and the aftercare was like leaving a dr's office. They sat me down explained how it cures and how long to wait wo wash my car, roll down windows etc. Excellent service and quality!

They tinted my windows today and they not only had the best price for window tinting, but they were the fastest window tinters I have ever seen. The ease in the way they added the window tint was a testemonial to their expertise in the window timting area. I would also use them for audio as well, they were installin several differnt sound systems when I cme in and it sounded good!

They just moved to plano road and I went there to get better sound in my new crossfire. He explained to me that I would waste my money adding speakers that it's the output of the stock stero. I didn't want to replace the stero because it's a convertable and i didn't want someone stealing my new stero AND new speakers, so he reccommended a power amplifier and two more speakers behind the head rest so when the top is down I can hear the music better. It was a cost effeftice way to fix my problem and now I have a fantastic sound in my new ride! They really know their stuff fro tinting or anyother audi car need, I would go to them!

I called and looked on the internet for window tinting to no avail all I found were people that did not call me back, that were wayyy over priced ( alta mere wanted 105.00 for TWO front windows! ) or had bad reviews about bad window tinting jobs. I finally asked for a referral on window tinting from my auto mechanic and they recommended Moonshadow window tinting in Garland. They were priced HALF of what Alta Mere wanted, the staff were very nice and they were so fast , I barely had time to drive down the street fo a burger and they were done. This was a anniversary gift for my boyfriend so the ?fast? part was VERY helpful since he didn?t know I took his truck for a window tint. All in all, great service, value and the guys were VERY knowledgeable on what I need for my car to install a adapter for my Ipod. I am coming back and HIGHLY recommend you use them for window tinting or stereo installation in your car OR home.
