A few months ago I started selling items on eBay. The owner of Pak Mail came in and talked at the eBay Selling seminar I attended at WCTC. I was sold on his business after taking my first item to the Silvernail Store. The staff was wonderful and very helpful to a newbie in shipping. They took many, many phone calls from me about the sizing and pricing of shipping and always were patient and competent. I won't ship with anyone else!
