He was easy to deal with and seemed very competent. His fee was fair and he produced a diagram for the contractor to use as requested in a timely fashion.
Of course only time will tell if the walls he said I could remove safely can in fact be removed we shall see. But I have confidence in his opinion and am going to follow it.
