This service is not accepting any more customers

I called Metropolitan Cleaning Service and they are not accepting any more customers. The answering service that answered the phone tried to pawn me off to a different service, which was very disappointing.
Pros: They are very popular
Cons: They are completely booked up and are not accepting any more customers
