He came that same day I called. I did have to call when his time allotment was up. I am very pleased with his service.

Fridge/freezer went out on a Sunday. Russ responded with phone call almost immediately. Showed up almost 40 min. after phone call. Fridge/freezer was up and running less than 30 minutes after he arrived. Very affordable/friendly. A+++

Had them fix my Dryer. They diagnosed and had the replacement part with them to fix my dryer

I TALKED TO RUSS ON A MONDAY. HE WAS TO ARRIVE AT 415 PM ON TUESDAY FOR THE REPAIR, PER VERBAL APPOINTMENT. HE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE TUESDAY AND ASKED TO COME EARLY (I WAS AT WORK). I CALLED HIM AT 4 PM (LEFT MESSAGE) AND TOLD HIM I WOULD BE THERE AT 415 AS PLANNED. I WAITED UNTIL 5 PM AND CALLED HIM. HE DID NOT CALL BACK UNTIL WEDNESDAY. HE CALLED ME WEDNESDAY TO RESCHEDULE. I WAS QUITE MAD AT THIS TIME BUT ENDED UP TELLING HIM THAT HE COULD FIX IT ANYWAY. RUSS IS NOT THE ONE TO COME AND FIX THE FRIDGE, BUT THE GUY WHO DID WAS QUITE HELPFUL AND KNOWLDEGEABLE. SO IF YOU DON'T MIND WAITING A DAY OR TWO...........

We had a little mix up in the date but once that was solved, he arrived on time and fixed. Was very friendly.

They responded to my submission within 15 minutes and were at my house next day in the morning. They quickly located the problem with my fridge and fixed it in a quick and professional manner. A+.

They were great. They called immediately, fixed my dryer the same day and charged a very reasonable rate. I'll call them again, Thanks for this service. Everything went really well.
