They were quick and finished the job just fine. They were quite pushy about getting their payment for work rendered, even knowing we had to put the paperwork through an escrow account for payment. We called because there was a minor repair to be made but they said that they never got the message. They were paid immediately after the repair was made, which was a week and a half after they started the initial work. Until then they hounded us daily for payment. It seemed a bit extreme to us.

Some bricks and stones around my porch had been coming loose and falling out over the past several months. I found it difficult to find someone to do the job. After I found Yellow Rose Builders through Servicemagic the process went very smooth.

Yellow Rose Builders responded promptly in providing a quote. They were very detailed in explaining how they would fix my porch. They repaired the porch within a week of quoting the job. The job was completed properly in less than 2 hours.

I am very pleased with the work of Yellow Rose Builders and highly recommend them for masonry work.

The team was very hard workers and did a great job as it was difficult. Great home improvement of adding the rocks to my retaining wall on my home. Most companies don't do this work and many did not even return with a quote but Greg followed through.

Contractor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was the problem and gave me options to remedy the situation. Price was fair (I got 3 estimates) and the work was done in a timely fashion. The workmen were friendly but professional and the clean-up after the job was neat and thorough. I would have no problem recommending these guys anytime!!
