A/C maintenance\n\nI would give 0 stars if I could. Do not trust this company. They have terrible service and cost me $200 for zero work done. The tech (if you would even call him that) just took a look at the outside unit and replaced a filter. Seriously, don't waste your time with this company for any of their services. There are plenty of other companies out there.

Platinum installed a new high efficiency furnace in our home. When we bought the house we knew that the furnace would need to replaced but were very apprehensive about it. Thanks to the professional, knowlegable, and patient tech from platinum the whole process went better than we could have imagined. He recommended a high efficiency unit and it was installed the next day. We even got a call within the next few days from the tech making sure that everything was running as installed. You would be amazed at all the money we save on heating. Definately would have Platinum Home Services back for any job big or small and would recommend them to anyone!!

Absolutely would recommend to anyone!! Platinum installed a new high efficiency furnace in our home. The service was top notch, and we felt very confident in their work. The best thing about this new furnace was the money that it saves in monthly heating bills. Thanks platinum for making that whole experience well worth while.

Suffice it to say, I will not be using this vendor again. The plumber, who showed up on time, struggled in problem solving skills (is the leak in the pipe inside the wall - pretty obvious since the dry wall was ruined), didn't have the right supplies (even though the issue was fully explained on the phone prior to the appt), and never came back or contacted me once he had the supplies. It is now 3 weeks later. I still have a hole in my ceiling and 2 dripping pipes. I have called the number 3-4 times leaving messages or actually speaking to the scheduler. I have never received a call back from the plumber. Don't hire them..disaster ensues

I had a central air unit installed 09/08. This was the beginning of a nightmare. They had to charge the unit 3 times and change the compressor all within the the first week. On 5/09 they had to come out 2 more times to charge the unit. Then I was told by their A/C Tech Shawn that he would file the warranty paperwork for a new unit. THIS WAS ALL A LIE. We had scheduled at least 10 appts. to install a new unit and he would never show. I called the company and was hung up on, emailed the owner several times , and received no response. This company lies to their customers and their customer service is really awful . Right now 8/09 I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be pursuing legal action against this company. As of this date 8/09 my central air unit is constantly running and blowing warm air into the house. I am trying to be as nice as possible when writing this review so it would get posted. this company does not deserve any stars, but i had to give them one to get this comment posted. respectfully submitted, scott strickland
