The service at Findlay Toyota was amazing, from Howie to the finance team, everyone was friendly and helpful!!! Howie was great to work withhe was patient, informative, and spent time ensuring I had explored all options before choosing the vehicle I purchased. I walked the lot on a Sunday to check out the selection. Steve P

Robert, It was a pleasure doing business with you. Had I known for sure Ginny was not going to trade in her Avalon and we go to just one car, I would have bought a Camry. But I have to tell you, I fell in love with my Avalon. My only fear is that the car will be junk or I will be gone prior to learning all the ins and outs of the dash board! I did make a few phone calls on the way home yesterday and had the CD player working as well as the nice lady telling me where to go. Now just have to find out how to increase her volume, you set it for me, but need it a bit higher with car and street noise than I needed it sitting with you at the dealership. Thanks again, it was fun to get to know you as well as the business end.

Findlay Toyota was amazing. Getting my car was quick and painless and the sales representatives are so welcoming and helpful. I walked in and a sales rep immediately came to me and asked if they could help. I asked them to direct me to Jeff Rubalcava because I had previously spoken to him on the phone and he was just as helpful in the store as he was on the phone. He made sure I had the car I wanted in the color I wanted and made the whole experience that much more exciting.

Great! Everyone in the service department was helpful. I only went to the service department. I bought a Prius here a year ago. I shopped all the Toyota dealerships and found Findlay to be the most responsive. Jeff Rubalcava was knowledgeable and helpful. I learned everything about my Prius from him. I recommend him highly.

Overall experience was excellent. I asked for a quote online. So nice to get a quote online, come in and test drive, and not have to haggle over price. My sales person Jeff Rubalcava was great!

As usual the experience was positive and actually it went much smoother this time around and that was because of the sales person Ralph Sotelo and Gay. She came through again just like last time. I would like it if there was a hybrid Corolla. I drive a Prius at work but prefer the Corolla for my personal use. The Camry is too big and I have out grown driving a truck and we have an SUV. I bought my first Toyota in 1987 and kept it for 17 years.

I had an excellent overall experience. I loved that facility the people and the service. I worked out the price I wanted via information from consumer reports then emailed all the dealers in the area with my offer. They all contacted me and we negotiated. Jeff came to me with the price which matched- as did one other dealership but Jeff Rubalcava had the car in stock where the other dealer did not. When I called him and told him that he had a sale he asked me to meet him in an hour so he could get the car from the lot and prep it. I did that and the whole process took me about 2 hours and 15 minutes.

I have been buying cars from Findlay Toyota for almost 10 years and it has always been great working with the sales rep! My sales consultant was Howie Lederman and when it is time to get a new car I would love to have him again. He did an excellent job for me and I trust him!

Excellent overall experience. Everything went so smoothly I was astonished! There was no undue waiting around at the time of purchase. Everyone was very professional and friendly. It was actually a delightful experience!! Ralph Sotelo was superb. He answered every question in a timely manner and answered me directly. He made sure I knew things I didn't know I needed to know. When I facilitated on color, he gave me my choices on both cars. He picked me up at McCarran airport and was excellent in every respect. Thank you for a delightful experience buying my new car. My 2007 was rear ended and subsequently totaled by the insurance co. I really liked my Prius so much and was very disappointed. When I decided to buy again, I knew I wanted a Prius. Findlay Toyota and specifically Ralph made an unfortunate circumstance much easier!

My overall experience was excellent! My expectations were exceeded and I couldn't be happier to have purchased a car from you guys. My sales experience was also excellent. My needs were assessed and met before I even walked in the door. The whole process was the quickest car buying experience I have ever had. Jeff Rubalcava did a great job.

I was very impressed. The sales experience was simple and expedient. My search for a Toyota Tacoma on the internet & having the model and color in stock led me to your dealership first. Robert Anderson & Jeff Rubalcava were my salesmen.

My overall experience was exceptional. I was looking for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma MT, A/C, Silver Mica exterior, Graphite interior to replace my 2006 Tacoma, which had been totaled 5/4/2010. I gave this info to AutoNation and they contacted Toyota dealerships in LV. None had what I wanted, except Findlay. John Terry called me and said he had the truck I wanted and scheduled a test drive for the next day. When I arrived, Mr. Terry's assistant Greg Hodges took over. The truck was tucked away in a parking area with other trucks. Mr. Hodges moved about 20 vehicles to get to mine, a Herculean effort on this 105 degree day. I took it for 20 minute test drive on I-215. I couldn't be more pleased with the truck or my treatment at Findlay.

I would like to give Findlay Toyota an EXCELLENT rating! My salesperson was really caring about what I wanted. This was Ralph S, and he seemed to know everything about my new car and I was really surprised at how efficient they were. I would definitely go back!

When I arrived at Findlay it was a busy Saturday, and there were people everywhere trying to get test-drives I guess. I almost left and then I found Jeff R who I had talked to a couple days earlier on the phone. The car was great, and then after a little confusion about payment I was finally out of there. But I would go back for sure!

Last month I went to Findlay Toyota to look at Tundras. Then my wife and I went to Desert Toyota to look at them. We came back to Findlay because they seemed to know everything and the other place I dont think knew what we wanted to know. The people at Findlay were so much more efficient also.

My experience at Findlay Toyota was excellent. Overall the staff were professional and courteous. I was surprised that Howie returned my call as promptly as he did. It was a pleasure to have him as my sales consultant. He provided me with enough time to make my selection, while catering to my family who were also present. Howie started the paperwork for me so that I could make the transition from my trade in to my new car easy. I didnt have a lot of time so I really appreciated his expediency and attention to detail. Howie Lederman was my sales consultant.

I was not planning on buying a car yet, but when I got to your dealership everyone treated me so special that I really decided I could not buy a car from anyone else. There wasnt any pushy people chasing me around like other dealerships Ive been to. That was the difference for me. My sales person Imam was perfect.

My experience at Findlay Toyota was excellent. Working a deal including a trade in was painless and I thought very fair. The sales experience was excellent. It was not heavy handed with a I-will-sell-you-a-car-no=matter-what. I have driven thru the Valley Auto Mall several times so I was familiar with the dealership. The selection of vehicles is what made me choose that dealership. Robert Anderson was my sales consult and he was excellent. He let me talk and look on my first visit and was happy to let me do just that. He seemed to personify the new age salesman, not a heavy intimidating presence. John Barr was there but didnt do anything do anything crazy while I was there which was a bit disappointing

The whole experience at Findlay Toyota was absolutely exceptional and really perfect! My salesman Ralph was so much more than I could have hoped for. I really didnt want to, but I needed a new car and now I will always return to Findlay. I hope they never change because that was the best and easiest car purchase I v ever made! Even the signing part was easier than usual!

My wife and I recently bought a new car at Findlay Toyota in Henderson, and never at any time did I feel they were in a hurry. I contacted them online first and then arranged to meet him and look at cars. I came in on a Friday, and said I had to sleep on it, and to my amazement they were fine with that! So I went back on Monday and my new car was all washed and waiting for me. I would like to say thanks to Gay, and to my sales agent Ralph S for being so kind while I took so long to decide!

Phenomenal. I had been referred by several of your customers. My experience was consistent with everything they told me. Nice environment, friendly employees, and quick car buying process. Sales experience was great. I had done some online research on the Prius prior to buying it. I had sent several emails back and forth to John Tracy regarding questions I had about the different models. John was great. Responded via email or phone to everything within 24 hours.

I just purchased a new Tundra from Findlay Toyota. Everyone was first class. I made the deal thru the Internet department. When I came in to pick up my vehicle it was cleaned, paperwork was done. I could not ask for more! Everything was as presented. I would highly recommend this place. (I saved $500 over the other dealers in town.) Thanks Rick Glenn for all your help.

I've been working with Rick Glenn for a few weeks now, and Saturday I finally purchased my new Tundra. Thanks Rick for being so patient. He made the process very simple and EASY! I shopped around and no one could come close to the deal they gave me. This is my second vehicle, and service has been great as well. If you are looking for a world class vehicle at a world class dealership, Rick is a world class person.

I bought my Toyota 4-Runner from Findlay Toyota in 1999. I trusted their service department would always do a good job when I took it in for 30,000-mileage maintenance, or when my brakes needed to be serviced through the years. Only to come and find out that they were never forthcoming about what needed to be done, and their Technicians are Lazy Morons! I took my 4-Runner in back in July 10, 2010 (also back in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009), and talked to a Service Guy who has worked there for a very long time. I told him that my back brakes needed to be checked because I have a lot of squeaking and my gas pedal sinks to the floor. The tech that worked on my vehicle, I wish I could tell you! Hes one of their Top Techs! He said he Replaced Rear Brakes Shoes and Turned Drums, and replaced ONE right Axle Bearing and Seal. My bill was $709.71. After I got my vehicle back my brakes still squeaked like crazy! My emergency brake light kept coming on! It didnt before! My brakes didnt feel any better! I took it back and complained to the LONG TIME SERVICE GUY about my brakes and my emergency brake light. He said it might take all day so I had to rent another car because I had to go to work. I got my car back around 3:30 pm that day, and I left thinking they might of fixed the problem, and they didnt. I spent $709.00 of cash out of pocket for NOTHING! AND you know what? The SERVICE GUY said to bring my car back because my LEFT AXLE SEAL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED! The Flippin NERVE! I ended up taking my 4-Runner to FLETCHER JONES TOYOTA/SCION because my boss referred me to his long time tech that he has known for 15 years. I went to him and explained what was going on with my vehicle so he checked it out. Then, I received a phone call and he was Pissed! He said when did you get your brakes done? Because they never TURNED YOUR DRUMS (they were bad!), and when they replaced your Right Rear Axle Seal they never cleaned up the brake grease and your shoes are SHOT! My Left Real Axle Seal Broke because they never replaced it when they did the RIGHT SIDE. My whole back brakes were such in bad shape I didnt have any back brakes left! My FRONT BRAKE PADS WERE SHOT because my car was using only my front brakes! FINDLAY TOYOTA LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, YEA! Where their service is So GREAT!!! ALL THEY DO is commit Fraud and they BETRAY their Customers, And they are straight up LIARS to your face! DONT TRUST THEM, BECAUSE YOU WILL GET F@$%*d in the END!

Everyone we came in contact with at Findlay Toyota was plesant and helpful. Our salesperson was Howie Lederman. He was lightning fast in returning our email inquiries and telephone messages. He was very flexible in a number of reschedules we had to make for our appointment. He listened to our needs, was fair and honest, and we cannot say enough about how pleased we were with this hassle free service. We have already recommended him to others.
We knew all of the Las Vegas Toyota dealerships, had a less than satisfactory experience with Desert, so we called Findlay even though they are quite some distance from our home.
Eric was the Finace guy and he was very fast and professional as well. Findlay Toyota should be very proud of its staff. They represent the dealership well.

Do not buy at Findlay Toyota, it's a rip-off!!!!! Dishonest dealers!
I do not recommend buying from Findlay Toyota. They are liars and crooks. Especially their internet sales manager Rick Glenn.
They sold the car we were negotiating on to somebody else without letting us know. Rick Glenn lied to us and he is nothing but a dishonest salesman, which is unfortunately what most car salesmen are.
I recommend going through car brokers, we got a firm and better price than at Findlay Toyota.
Don't give Findlay Toyota your money! It's not just the salesmen, John Barr, Rich Abajian - General Manager/Co-Owner, and Findlay himself know what's going on and encourage those policies.

I have taken my car here a few times when it was in need of repair. They are very quick to help you and are extremely nice. The longest I've ever had to wait was 45 mins. and that was when there were tons of people. Great customer service, everyone is always smiling. I will always go here for all my car's needs!

I recently purchased a Used 2005 Toyota Matrix from Findlay Toyota, and I am horribly appalled by the outright lies and misinformation I was given by the salesman. I feel I was bullied into purchasing a car I was not 100% sure I wanted and I was told every lie imaginable to get me to walk back into the dealership to make this purchase after I had originally said no.
I stated what payment terms I was comfortable with and after many rounds back and forth we could not come to an agreement so I left the dealership.
Some of my main concerns were not overextending myself with payments I was not comfortable with and making sure I was driving off the lot with a vehicle that had a warranty.
The Salesman would not take no for an answer. He used ploys of lower cost of insurance (which is not true. My insurance is now more expensive since I traded in my Jeep), and extending my payments beyond my comfort zone of 60 months, so that I could afford this vehicle. He continually wanted me to overextend myself into a loan I was not comfortable with. I tried to explain to your salesman that the basis of good credit is being able to make payments and loan terms that do not overburden an individual. He would hear none of this and continued his barrage of reasons why I should purchase this vehicle.
Finally after I had put my foot down on the price, the salesman began using a new tactic. He knew the warranty had been an issue causing the payments to rise above what I was comfortable with and he knew that I would not purchase a used vehicle without a warranty. When I asked him originally about the remainder of the factory warranty, he assured me that the vehicle I was considering purchasing was still covered by at least a year of its original 36000 mile warranty.
The 3 year or 36000 mile term was blurred into just a 36000 mile warranty and he used the fact that the vehicle had only 26000 miles on it as his measuring stick. He told me I would still have 1 year or 10000 miles before the factorywarranty expired. He told me of the reliability of Toyotas and if I really felt I needed an extended warranty, I could wait out the end of that warranty and purchase a Toyota extended warranty in a year when the 36000 mile warranty expired.
His last assurance and a deliberate lie about the warranty was the only reason I came back to the dealership. I did not want to overextend myself into a loan and if the salesman was correct I would be able to purchase a Toyota extended warranty down the road when my original expired, leaving me with the ability to purchase the vehicle that night with the payment terms I was comfortable with.
I was to find out this was all a lie after 2 hours of waiting at the dealership.
I asked the salesman what paperwork I would need to bring to the dealership to begin the finance process. He told me I wouldnt need to bring anything (this is an obvious lie as no one can ever get financing without proof of employment, bank statements, etc..). Another example of bold face lying and misinformation from the salesman.
As stated, I was made to wait at least 2 hours after arriving at the dealership before I was even seen by the finance department. I was introduced to the finance manager and he was the one to deliver the bad news about the warranty. Not only was the car out of its original factory 3yr/36000 mile warranty, but the Toyota extended warranty that the salesman assured me could be purchased anytime, was not a Toyota warranty at all. If I did not purchase a warranty that night, the car would be driven off the lot with no warranty. I did have the option of an aftermarket warranty, but tge finance manager assured me that it would be a waste as it does not cover the same items that Toyota warranty would cover and I would be paying more out of pocket.
It was unclear if I was now being swindled by the finance manager too, but the fact was this car was not warranted as promised by the salesman.
After all the paperwork was signed I was taken to the vehicle and sent home to await financing approval. The vehicle wasnt even filled with gas and the antenna wasnt on or in the vehicle at all. the salesman gave me a courtesy call a day later and when I informed him of this he told me the antenna must have been stolen and I could purchase another one from Findlay Toyota if I needed it.
I cant believe after all the lies and trickery, I am expected to purchase a part that should have been on the car the moment I drove it away. I wasnt even given a full tank of gas to go home in.
I am so unbelievably disappointed with my overall experience with Findlay Toyota. I feel I was bullied into purchasing this car and, the salesman used lies and trickery to get me to come back in after I had originally decided it was a bad Idea.

Talked about a 2006 but was dark blue and ended up dealing with one out of Reno in Silver, only at the end to find out it was a 2005. Watch those salesmen and ask even the smallest questions. If I were not in a bind, I would have shucked the whole deal.

The service here is excellent. The workers are friendly and very polite. I've taken it in for an oil change and they are efficient and reasonably priced. Workers call a few days after they've worked on your car to make sure that you're happy with their service.
