On July 30th, I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and took the shuttle back to my office. At the same time I booked my appointment I confirmed my need for a ride to and from work. I was told a shuttle would be ready within 10 minutes of me dropping off my vehicle. After 30 minutes I had to track down whoever was supposed to be giving me a ride. After I went to work, no one called me that day and I called a little after 5:00 concerned. Come to find out I was completely forgotten about. My vehicle had been done hours before. The person who was supposed to have called me, Robert Baldwin, told me that it was ??an unfortunate over site? on his part. I was then told the shuttle was officially down and they weren??t sure if they could assist me in getting my vehicle since their office was about to close anyway!
I am a single mother of two children. I had no way to get my vehicle without an extremely expensive taxi ride and still not without being extremely late in picking my children up from school. Also, with no family in town the school would have had no choice but to call the authorities to come and get my children. That would mean that if I ever did get my vehicle, I??d have to go to the POLICE STATION to pick up my 2 and 5 year old children! After speaking to 3 different people, they finally decided it was fine to pick me up and to stay open long enough for me to get my vehicle. With the time it took them to decide to have someone pick me up, I was alone at the office and sitting outside by myself praying my phone didn??t die before someone picked me up.
There is absolutely no excuse for what I was put through for a simple oil change. A free oil change turned out to be a $120 school bill that I incurred because I was horridly late in picking up my children, but thank God not late enough for the authorities to be involved. When I told the representative that I wanted some kind of compensation, he stated that again it was an unfortunate over site on his part and that he could do nothing since my oil change was free, since I myself purchased the extra package. He stated that he would make sure one of his managers contacted me by the next day before lunch. It is now two weeks later and the crickets have even given up on the possibility that anyone at this facility will take responsibility.
The service at Findlay Toyota was amazing, from Howie to the finance team, everyone was friendly and helpful!!! Howie was great to work withhe was patient, informative, and spent time ensuring I had explored all options before choosing the vehicle I purchased. I walked the lot on a Sunday to check out the selection. Steve P
Robert, It was a pleasure doing business with you. Had I known for sure Ginny was not going to trade in her Avalon and we go to just one car, I would have bought a Camry. But I have to tell you, I fell in love with my Avalon. My only fear is that the car will be junk or I will be gone prior to learning all the ins and outs of the dash board! I did make a few phone calls on the way home yesterday and had the CD player working as well as the nice lady telling me where to go. Now just have to find out how to increase her volume, you set it for me, but need it a bit higher with car and street noise than I needed it sitting with you at the dealership. Thanks again, it was fun to get to know you as well as the business end.

Findlay Toyota was amazing. Getting my car was quick and painless and the sales representatives are so welcoming and helpful. I walked in and a sales rep immediately came to me and asked if they could help. I asked them to direct me to Jeff Rubalcava because I had previously spoken to him on the phone and he was just as helpful in the store as he was on the phone. He made sure I had the car I wanted in the color I wanted and made the whole experience that much more exciting.

Great! Everyone in the service department was helpful. I only went to the service department. I bought a Prius here a year ago. I shopped all the Toyota dealerships and found Findlay to be the most responsive. Jeff Rubalcava was knowledgeable and helpful. I learned everything about my Prius from him. I recommend him highly.

My overall experience was Wonderful!!!! Sales team was great, they went above and beyond. I will purchase my next vehicle from Findlay!!! Awesome experience! They delivered my truck to me at work!!! They remember what customer service is all about! Thank you Jeff Rubalcava!
As usual the experience was positive and actually it went much smoother this time around and that was because of the sales person Ralph Sotelo and Gay. She came through again just like last time. I would like it if there was a hybrid Corolla. I drive a Prius at work but prefer the Corolla for my personal use. The Camry is too big and I have out grown driving a truck and we have an SUV. I bought my first Toyota in 1987 and kept it for 17 years.
I had an excellent overall experience. I loved that facility the people and the service. I worked out the price I wanted via information from consumer reports then emailed all the dealers in the area with my offer. They all contacted me and we negotiated. Jeff came to me with the price which matched- as did one other dealership but Jeff Rubalcava had the car in stock where the other dealer did not. When I called him and told him that he had a sale he asked me to meet him in an hour so he could get the car from the lot and prep it. I did that and the whole process took me about 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Overall my experience has been great. I have had the Camry for a year so far everything is good. I love Toyota's this is my second one and I will probably get another one after this one. John Pool was my sales person not sure if he is still with the company but he was EXCELLENT.
