Thank you so much for fixing my computer, I seriously wanted to throw it out the window. You turned a very frustrating situation into one with a happy ending. I will be calling Pacific Northwest Computers for all my computer needs.

PNWComputers is highly professional. Jon does not speak geek to his customers. Computers do not sit on shelves for two weeks before being repaired. Workmanship is excellent. Customer relations are very good. I highly recommend PNWComputers.

I found Pacific Northwest Computers to be very responsive even when I just emailed random questions. I have always gotten a prompt response. The work that was done was far above other service I had received, and I got some good suggestions for keeping things running smoothly.

Jon-Eric recently built a computer for me. The cost was comparable to a big box store, but his personal service was far superior! Jon is truly passionate about computers, extremely knowledgeable about the latest trends and developments in most all aspects of PCs, and will give you just the right amount of "geek-speak" that you can handle. He is especially current on the best (and free!) anti virus / spyware software available, loaded it, and most importantly taught me how to best use it. I had a long list of questions when I picked up my computer, and he patiently answered every single one.

It was well worth the bit of extra drive from Portland to his place in Vancouver. I had a few post purchase video card related questions which were answered promptly via email. Building a computer is relatively simple, but Jon's top notch customer service is what really sets him apart. Try getting this level of competence and professional care from a big box store - you will not. Support a small locally business, and you will be happy. Pacific NorthWest Computers has my business for a long, long time.

I had my computer custom built by Jon-Eric. It has performed flawlessly! My requests were discussed, and where desirable, were upgraded. As a result, I got more than I bargained for! I have never had a speed or connectivity issue that was my computer's fault. Support has always been relevant and concise, which most of us know is special in its own right!
I think the rates are special, too!

Pacific NorthWest Computers is extremely fast, competent, and the price is right! I brought my computer in with a blown mother board and it was fixed the same day for about half what the other stores wanted to fix it.
