I have been an On Your Mark client for 3.5 years and will probably be one as long as Mark will have me. Not only did I lose the weight that I had gained over the course of a few years, I now feel better than ever. The nutrition advice that Mark provided solved the stomach problems that I was having and I have changed the way that I eat to a regimen that can be followed forever. While I was always athletic and involved in sports, I never was a ?gym person.? My time at On Your Mark has changed the way that I view weight training and it is exciting to see the results as I have gotten stronger. Mark is knowledgeable and innovative in his training methods, so my workouts continually change ? this is a huge accomplishment after 3.5 years. I really cannot say enough about On Your Mark or my experience there.

I greatly appreciate how Mark takes a personal interest in one's overall well being. Our workouts were designed around what I wanted to accomplish. He challenged me with exercises that brought variety and fullfilled on what I wanted.

There is a LOT I could tell you about my experience with On Your Mark ... but the bottom line is in the last two years, I've lost 125 pounds and 8 sizes ...
Mark makes sure I work hard EVERY time I'm there. He pushes me to do things that I never thought I could do and I wind up laughing while doing it.
In short, he's helped me get my life back ... and that's about the best recommendation I can give anyone.
