The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, without being pushy. (I hate places that make you feel like you have to buy $200 worth of products or don't bother coming in) I have had Botox here many times, and without a doubt, Dr. Heffner is the best - I have friends and family all coming to her, too!! I have also used Derma Health for laser hair removal, tattoo removal, laser resurfacing and the Vi Peel. You won't be disappointed!

Really impressed with the professional staff and their caring nature. This was my first time to get Botox and although I have nothing to compare it to, I felt so comfortable and loved the results. You've got a customer for life. Keep up the good work.
