I have been a client of A.E. Enterprises for almost 2 years now. So far their service has been excellent. I barely have to follow up on anything, the billing is always done, checks come in regularly from both the insurance companies and patients, and I even get submission reports from Amanda so I know there is nothing to worry about. When I first decided to use a billing office rather than having someone on staff, I had my reservations because I had heard many unsettling things about these types of services. Mainly, I had heard that they were unreliable. A colleague of mine had recommended A.E. Enterprises to me.
They had assigned that Amanda be our representative and biller, and I couldn't be happier with her. She had come in and explained everything step by step to me. What the change over would be like, the time frame for switching, when to start expecting payments, and we were even able to set up a way to interface my EMR system with their billing software. They have been more than accommodating and I would and do recommend them to everyone I know.
