I have never sold/pawned anything before so I thought the whole experience of selling my unwanted/broken gold jewelry would be a little awkward because I really needed the money and didn't know much about gold or the whole process. When I got there, I was greeted by a friendly face and my transaction happened quickly, at a time convienent for me and it was in a professional atmosphere. The person who helped me was friendly, told me about the company first and then examined my pieces and explained what each was worth. Then they wrote me a check that was more than I thought it would be and I was well on my way! I would recommend Raleigh Gold to ANYONE!

I went in to trade in some gold rings I had. It ended up that what I had was not worth as much as I expected. James was great and didn't push me into selling as the items were somewhat sentimental and I needed to really consider it. In the end I ended up not selling, but made a great contact instead. I highly recommend.

I had some old unwanted gold jewelry but was worried about finding someone honest and reputable. I also wanted a local company - not some out of state company just here for a day or two to buy gold. Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin were extremely knowledgeable, professional and gave me a fair price for the items I was considering selling without any pressure. I went to 3 jewelry stores, 1 in Triangle Town Center and 2 in Crabtree Mall. This place is right down the street from Crabtree and they really do a great job. Their first offer was higher than any of the other three offers I received and they didn't make me stand around forever to wait for a salesman.

I had pieces of jewelry just sitting in my jewelry box for years that I wanted to dispose of and was afraid to use other means offered by way of TV and/or other "shops". A friend invited me to their home party where the transaction was conducted in a very personal and professional manner. James was a delight to talk with and very knowledgeable about his trade. I heard about Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin at work. I checked out their website, called for an appointment and went there to look at their gold catalogs. They had the sterling ring I was searching everywhere for in one of their books and got it for me 2 days later. I buy sterling often and I know an EXCELLENT price when I see one. I'm going to buy my jewelry there in the future.

Met with Michael, his was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the whole thing to me and made it all seem easy. Though I did not have an appointment, he met with me right away and treated me well. He easily beat the offer I got from the shady buyer downtown! Shop around all you want but if you want to save time and deal with a really good company, DO BUSINESS HERE and you will not regret.

I wanted to sell my scraps. I got an estimate and then Rlaeigh Gold Jewlry paid me $150 more. My rep. came to my school the first time, my house for a party and then we met at a convenient location. I'm still trying to get others together so I can make some more money. I definately recommend this company and will continue using them. I wish I had more stuff.

Very nice place do do business. They advertise upscale and high paying. It's all true. I was calling around to get prices over the phone on what people paid for 14kt. Nobody would even tell me what they paid except these guys. Half of the people I talked with seemed shady and nobody had credentials like these guys. When I got there they kept their word and paid me well. No hassle. Thanks guys.
