Monkey Joe's, located on University City Boulevard in Charlotte, is where children can party and play! In addition, we have partnered with Swisher Hygiene to keep the facility clean and germ free. Finally, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Just ask one of your neighbors. Whether you're looking for a perfect party site or somewhere to let the kids have fun while exercising, in the Charlotte area, Monkey Joe's is the place.
Kristin B, we wish we could accomodate customers who would like to come in for a party smaller than 8 children, but unfortunately we cannot. It's company policy. Let me explain why it is a policy. It would be unfair to those customers that do wish to take advantage of our party suites.
However, we do allow customers like yourself to come into Monkey Joe's and just play. You just cannot bring in any outside items. I would suggest that you hold the party at your house, bring the kids in to play and take them home for cake and ice cream.
Finally, we make every attempt to emphasize superior customer service to our employees. We apologize that we were unable to accomodate your request, but the employee should have done their best to accomodate you. Again, we apologize for this.

I was absolutely dissapointed with Monkey Joe's customer service! I was throwing my 3 year old son a birthday party and was hoping to do it at Monkey Joe's. He only had 3 little friends coming, so it was not economical to purchase their $200 or $150 birthday packages! I was planning on ordering THEIR pizza and THEIR icecream cups. I only wanted to bring in a festive table cloth for our table and a balloon. I was told, "Absolutely not." by their manager. Wow. There is no value or service here!
I can take my kids to Chuck E. Cheese and feed them pizza and drinks and give them plenty of tokens for under $20 AND bring my own table cloth and a balloon for my table! I do not reccommend the University Monkey Joe's at all!

Kids had a great time and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They said they sterilize the entire facility regularly so I didn't worry about the kids playing on any of the inflatables, slides or bouncies. I love this place and so do the kids.

Loved every minute of my stay, the kids played and i knew that they were in a safe environment the staff was amazing friendly and knowledgeable. i will be having my sons birthday party there next year.
