The customer service was great, especially the floor manager Kip. Very knowledgeable and helped with everything I needed.

Pros: comfortable rooms and great location

Cons: area still under improvement

Completely chaotic, made worse by SPG giving me erroneous information (like not mentioning the mandatory 18 dollar per day valet parking).

avoid this one, it's not like other le meridien hotels

Pros: nice building, big rooms

Cons: staff untrained

Ratings_icons Worst stay ever! Like the Bates Motel in Psycho!

CeceS3

This was a nightmare from start to finish. Unfortunately, I had prepaid my four-night stay and was told that I could not leave early without forfeiting the entire fee.

I was repeatedly overcharged. For everything. All the time. (Like $15 for a coffee?) And every time I pointed it out, it was a surly response like they were sorry I had caught them.

Room keys didn't work. Front desk personnel had no idea how anything worked. I had to transfer rooms the first day. Housekeeping didn't work. It was an endless battle.

Starwood management made the situation even worse. When I complained that, more than a week later, the unauthorized charges had still not dropped off my credit card, a woman in accounting told me she didn't have to listen to this and threatened to hang up. It took add

I was repeatedly given incorrect information by people on the SPG website. So, whatever you do, don't listen to them.

Pros: absolutely none

Cons: repeatedly overcharged, staff untrained, housekeeping icky
