I have nothing but accolades for your department. From Tina & Kimberly in the office to Mike Hansen, Gary Smith, Glenn Carson, and Steve True who did the work at my home and my daughter's home -- They all worked as a team. Everyone was extremely professional, and even with the difficulties that occurred on both jobs, they were diligent in taking care of the issues and, most importantly, taking care of the customer. As a senior citizen who has been around for quite a while, it is rare that you find a company so willing to go the extra mile and take care of the customer in such a professional manner. When my AC went out, I struggled with who I should call. Since I've always had good service from ABC, I thought I'd give the HVAC department a shot. Robin Saunders and Wes Cates were the nicest guys and worked very hard, even though it was so hot. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that Lennox upgraded my system when they didn't have my equipment in stock. Thanks ABC

Mike Hansen of ABC Home was so smart and personable. He looked at our heaters and knew instantly what the problem was. It was refreshing to have him in our home today. He is such a great guy
