The staff is unprofessional. My rent statements were incorrect each month. Since I signed a 1 year rental agreement, you think they could figure out the cost of my rent each month.
Took too long for them to complete simple maintenance requests.

Avoid this property at all costs. Especially be aware of a leasing agent named Chelsea. She seems nice from the first meeting, but she has ulterior motives and sleeps around with residents. The residents in the community have turned on the ghetto side, and it's not a young adults community at all, mainly families with teenage or young kids. Floor plans look nice, but once you move in, you'll notice rodents living between levels and maintenance does not do a good job of taking care of house calls at all. VERY overpriced for what you get, you'll want to move out within two weeks of moving in. Not worth it at all.
Cons: Staff member, residents, etc.
