I love the fact that they serviced my watch even though it has been dead for more than 10 years already! They great thing is that they are actually able to fix it!

For my wife's birthday, I wanted to have her father's wrist watch restored. It's a 45 year old Russian watch from a company called Raketa. I called a few places and they all told me they could not work on Russian watches (for some reason) and that even if they could, it would take at least a couple of months to restore. My wife's birthday was just a month away. Knowing zero about watch repair, I just accepted this fate and was just about to give up. Until I found Mark. He not only took on the case with enthusiasm, he had it finished in time for her birthday. The watch looks brand new and runs like a champ. Truly incredible work. My wife's father passed away two years ago, but this watch was given a second life. The look on her face as she came to realize what she was looking at was priceless. This watch will be something we cherish forever and pass down to our kids someday. And we owe it all to Mark.
