According to the Star-Telegram, the people who bought this property own several complexes in this area and some are in foreclosure or about to be foreclosed. Look at what is happening now at their Bristol Pointe complex. Better have an escape plan folks. Found this just as my UTA student daughter was looking for a new apartment.

I wouldn't even refer my worst enemy!!! From the moment we moved in, even before we moved in, its been one disaster after another, after another. It never seems to stop. Roaches, security lights constantly broken, security gates have never worked, water leaks in the ceilings/thru the walls, false eviction notices/past due notices, $500 utility bills, maintenance issues half done or not done requiring constant follow-up, management and staff always changing(Three new property managers in the 10 months we've lived here). And theres SO MUCH I've left out. But hey, we got in on a great special. $199 move in, $100 off market rate making rent $575 for a 2bdrm/1 bath and water paid. So, the saying that "you get what you pay for" holds true in this case, in every way. I've always hated moving but this time I can't wait.
