I had issues from the very beginning the only reason I stayed here because I do not want to brake my lease, one problem after another the building does not have insulation at least that is what my electric bill is saying to me, 410 dlls since may to august it is ridiculous, it's like another rental payment, bed bug infestation you can imagine as paranoid as I am being a nurse wanting everything clean, I had to take medication to calm my nerves, after a cockroach infestation and the A/C does not work. Stay away from this apartment complex it is by far the worst place ever, the heal;th department should inspect this issues and penalize these people. it is totally unhealthy, unsanitary.

The only other review i saw on here was old and probably somone who got evicted!
Ive lived here almost 3 years now. The rent is tottaly in line with my student budget and the location is perfect. The staff is cool and the maintinance guys are helpfull. Its dated but what do you expect so are every other complex in the area. If your looking for perfectyour your going to pay up the wazoo but this place is. . . pardon the expression. . . the bang for the buck !

I love my 2 bedroom home. It is very nice here. The people are very frendly and so it the staff. I was going to move into a 3bedroom but I loved the 2 bedroom size better.

I lived here a year ago and I loved my 3 bedroom town home. My bedroom was huge; had my own bathroom and a nice view. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I WAS REALLY HOPING THIS SITE WOULD ALLOW ME TO POST PICTURES. BEEN VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE!!! THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CALL ME & ASK IF THEY COULD HANG NEW BLINDS SO THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY WOULD LOOK MORE APPEALING BC MY APT FACES THE ROAD.. i'M THINKIN HAVE YALL BUMPED YOUR HEAD I WENT WITH NO AC ALL LAST SUMMER & 400 & UP ELECTRIC BILLS B4 THE UNIT BURNT UP THE CIRCUIT BREAKER & THEY HAS TO REPLACE IT. NONE OF MY DOOR S OPEN EXCEPT THE FRONT ENTRY & MIND U IM ON THE 3RD & 4TH FLOOR WITH NO FIRE ESCAPE ROUTE IN THIS WILD FIRE PALOOZE. MATTER OF FACT THERE WERE 2 FIRES IN THE FLOWER BED TO THE IMMEDIATE LEFT OF MY APT JUS YESTERDAY.. I HAVE 3 OTHER EXITS/DOORS, 1 IN THE 2ND STORY ROOM & 2 IN THE 3RD STORY ROOMS NONE OF WHICH OPEN OR CLOSE COMPLETELY BC THE WHOLE FOUNDATION OF THE BUILDING IS CRACKING!!!! I HAVE A HEAVY WATER CONSTANT LEAK FROM MY BATHROOM CEILING THAT THEY TOLD ME TO PUT A BOWL DOWN TO COLLECT.. DUH WAS ALRDY DOIN THAT THE BATHROOM CEILING IS NEAR COLLAPSING WITH BLACK MOLD & HOLES!!!! DOESNT BLACK MOLD KILL. ISNT THERE FIRE CODES GOVERNIN THESE SAFETY RISK OF 1 EXIT ON A 2ND & THIRD FLOOR APT????? ISNT THE CRACKED FOUNDATION WHICH IS EVIDENT BY THE LARGE CRACKS ON THE INTERIOR OF THE APT & THE EXTERIOR ON THE POUCH & THE DOWNWARD SLANT A CALL FOR CONCERN?????? AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF I HAVE BEEN BEING CHARGED A 25$ A MONTH WASHER/DRYER USAGE FEE & I'VE HAD MY ON WASHER DRYER IN THE APT SINCE DAY 1 & NO 1 CAN EXPLAIN THIS CHARGE OR MAKE EFFORTS TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!! I PAY MY RENT ON TIME SHOOT EARLY EVERY MONTH & IM NOT A VALUED RESIDENT IF I WERE AN IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON ID BREAK MY LEASE NOW. BUT BELIEVE COME JAN 31, 12 WE ARE UP OUTTA HERE!!!! THEY R MORE CONCERNED WITH FRONTIN GIVIN THE EXTERIOR A FACE LIFT GETTIN IN NEW RESIDENTS FOR THEM TO QUICKLY REALIZE THE SERVICE SUCKS!!! THERE IS NO FOLLOW THROUGH & A WHOLE LOT OF OK WE WILL SEND SOME 1 OVER TODAY.. The matinance crew didn't fix my light until 6 work requests and 21 days later!!! The appliances are all old, the model apartment dosn't look like the one you will recieve. Today I turned on my dishwasher and when I went back into the kitchen it flooded the whole room (this is the second time thats happened) and they refuse to replace these appliances...To all of you considering renting here...DO NOT! I can't wait until my lease is over and I can move into a respectable community!

Pros: THE SUROUNDING LOCATIONS. EX. HEB, FAST FOOD, ECT...
