I was taken here by my daughter and friends for my birthday and we had a great great time! The drinks kept coming and the dualing pianos were awesome. I know generally there are long lines but we got right in - maybe we had reservations? Not sure as all I know is that we walked in, strutted around - even on stage - and drank and had a blast. The waitresses never let our drink glasses stand empty! I think it was a bit pricey from what I could see, but luckily for me, I didn't have to open my wallet.

If you want to get ripped off, hear songs get butchered, & have the worst service ever, then the Shout House is the place for you. I visited the Shout House recently with in a group of 8.
We got there at 7:15pm (early for a Sat) and there was an $8 cover charge (this is in Glendale, not Scottsdale). After our group dished out $64 just to get our feet in the door, we tried to find a seat. There were about 10 empty tables near the piano players, but all 10 tables had reserved signs on them. From my understanding, these ??reserved? tables are $8, you just have to call ahead. Call me crazy, but don??t asses in seats equal drink sales? The only table left in the joint was in the back corner, with no view. Good thing we got their early! We decided to make the best of it, so we took the crappy table and waited to be served. And waited?and waited?and waited?30min later our server finally noticed us. At that time, we asked if we could place a drink order. Our server took our debit card and told us he would? be right back?. While we waited some more, we tried to sing along to the so called ??songs?. The piano players could play the piano, but singing was a stretch. Their rendition of Sweet Caroline sounded like a drowning donkey. Then for some added entertainment, the piano guys called some bigger gals up on the stage to dance to Baby Got Back. My group had to watch this from a TV screen, since our table was almost outside. We had a few chuckles watching the girls dance, but it mostly made us all cringe. It may have been tolerable if you were drunk, but that was a problem, WE HAD NO DRINKS. 15 min (of bad entertainment and still no drinks) later, I went to find the manager. I told him that we had waited 45min to place an order. He seemed annoyed with me and said he would he would take care of a round of drinks for us. Finally our server came and took our order. Another 10 min later we had our drinks in hand, but and this point we all wanted to go somewhere else. We asked our server to bring us our debit card, with no such luck. Another 15 min later, still no debit card. We had to follow our server around the place just to get our debit card back. PS?Our round of drinks was not paid for. We were still charged for 5 drinks. And to boot, the manager never once came over to our table to check on us (after he knew we were disappointed). What a joke! Can you shout THIS PLACE SUCKS?

What talent the pianist have here! They can not only sing, play piano and entertain, but they also play guitar and drums. It's quite an exciting place to go for a drink or the entire evening!
