This is worst place I have ever lived in during my entire adulthood. Rats the size of cats; roaches so bad you can barely eat dinner in peace without covering your plate every 2 minutes. Police constantly here for countless issues;

I don't reside in Highland Forest, but I sent an email requesting Information about the residence, I was very impressed by how quickly and professional my request was replied to, also I called and spoke with one of the office staff, very curtious, funny, patient and pleasant. This in my opion is very good.
