I moved in about a month ago and I feel like I'm living at a resort. Property looks too good to be true in a great area, tucked away. Inside is awesome, everything is just clean and perfect. Met a few neighbors, they told me it only gets better when it is warmer when the grass is green and the pool is open. Move here if you can.

Nice apartment but unfortunately they have a HORRIBLE MANAGER.

We lived there 5 years and we didn't get our $800 deposit back because of the carpet. We did a walk through 2 days prior to the end of our lease to ensure there were no problems. We had slight damage to the bedroom door and had them come in one month prior to us moving out to give us a quote - $100, fair price. Upon doing the walk through, which I was present for, the maintenance man took pictures of the damaged door and the hallway carpet. The point of the pictures was to have record of any damage. He ONLY took pictures of the one door and ONE area of carpet. He said the carpet looked a little worn in the hallway but that it would likely be "spot replaced" meaning they would cut out / replace just that area. He said everything else looked fine and wouldn't be a high charge. Just to verify, I contacted the manager the next day and she confirmed everything was fine and we would receive our deposit back via the mail.

Two weeks later we received a letter from her saying that not only were we not getting our deposit back but we actually owed them another $72 because of "severe pet urine stains and odor." There were NO pet stains and certainly no odor. We specifically scheduled the walk through early so we could fix any issues, if there was any.

When we called to discuss the letter she told us to be thankful because we actually got a "good deal" for the replacement carpet. I guess she didn't read the landlord tenant code that says "normal wear and tear."

They'll charge for the carpet but they never paid to fix the massive whole in our garage ceiling that leaked all over our antique furniture.

Move to St. Andrews or Rockwood!! The management at Brandywine Woods is not worth dealing with.

I used this apartment complex to set-up an executive for a temporary stay and was very pleased. They have many units that are already furnished and ready to be moved into. I would highly recommend them.
