Very personal service, the owner made sure I would be happy with my embroidered shirts by providing samples and I was very happy! Prices were great. I saw some of his other products, candles (I'll probably get some of the gem ones in the future) and embroidery XMas items all looked great.
Pros: Great prices, fast quotes via email, fast turnaround time,
Cons: None that I can think of.
