Get me the HELL out of here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are definite crime issues. As many have reported this place seems very innocent when you first move in, but as night falls you will see a much darker contrast. Living here is comparable to living in the ghetto. There seems to be no screening process for tenants; and it seems very much lawless. I have lived here for almost a year and have had to call the cops repeatedly. Recently on my floor a heroin dealer was shot and killed. There are constantly drug addicts nodding off in the apartment alleys, hookers having sex with there johns in near by gravel lots, and car theft is a daily occurrence. There have been multiple deaths due to drug overdoes. Management seems to knowingly does nothing about such problems and tries to play it off like they are oblivious even though on a daily basis the police department is here one or more times. This brings to me to the next problem; if you live here you will be woken up about twice a month to people pulling the fire alarms when there is no fire. If you have children there is a YMCA day care but with so many crime issues this would be a nightmare for you and yours. Please consider other places before even taking a second look at this place you won't regret it.

My roommates and I lived here for a year, were never late on our rent, and were always good, responsible tenants.\n\nIn the last couple of months, the management put a family with a mom, dad, and two 3-year-olds above us. My two roommates work graveyard shifts, from 8pm to 6am.\n\nWe started hearing loud banging, crashing sounds, screaming, and all sorts of excess noise starting at 5 AM and continuing all day. Every day. It woke up my roommates constantly (not to mention gave me terrible headaches.) They started doing poorly at work because of not getting proper sleep.\n\nWe tried talking to the family and the husband swore at us, asked us ""What do you want me to do'"" and said it was ""A f*****g pain keeping the kids quiet."" Between him, his wife, and the management, they went through every excuse: one kid had sensory problems, one kid had ADD, suddenly both kids had ADD, both had sensory problems, etc. The story kept changing. And yet, they never did anything to prevent the constant pounding or regular loud crashes we would hear that were so loud our windows rattled.\n\nWe contacted management, and they said they would relocate us. They also said to call the office when there were noise problems and they would respond to the family via phone. We had someone come up and listen, and he deemed the apartment above us having WAY too much noise, so that noise report was also filed.\n\nI have been trying to get in touch with the manager or assistant manager for TWO WEEKS. She keeps ignoring my calls (she is available, but once I give them my name and apartment number she is ""suddenly"" busy), or when I speak to someone else they say they will call back that day, in 5 minutes, etc. but never do. Going in person did absolutely nothing.\n\nWhen I last called when there was too much noise, like management requested, I was treated in a very hostile way and told ""They're 3. Do you understand'"" She started arguing with me, defending the family and saying we just had to deal with it and wear earplugs. I told her we just wanted to relocate, despite loving our apartment, because the noise was too much. She kept being rude, after her personally asking me to call her from now on, and made if quite clear she did not care about our situation. I still have yet to get a call back.\n\nWe have been brushed off over and over, and now we have to move because they will not tell us what to do, or relocate us like they said they will.\n\nTressa handles their tenants VERY poorly.\n\nAlso, there is always garbage everywhere, lots of eviction notices on the door, and people get their packages stolen all the time. Plus, the cars in the garage get broken into a lot.\n\nI liked this place at first, but because the management does not care EVEN A LITTLE about their tenants and are treating us passive aggressively by not contacting us, we have no choice but to leave. \n\nLook around on other apartment rating sites to see what other tenants have said. There is nothing good about this place.
