Great service

I didn't stay IN the hotel, but after my car broke down at 2 am outside, I went inside to get a number for a cab company. The front desk staff were very quick and polite, and called the cab for me, and offered me some coffee. It's a little thing, but suggests really great service, especially considering i was not a customer.
