Although this hotel isn't located in the heart of S.F. downtown my friends and I we were very much satisfied with our stay. The hotel is walking distance from many places in downtown. Everyone at this hotel was very helpful and we did not encounter any problems. Hotel is clean.

Stayed in a very nice room that was extremely clean and with the online package recieved breakfast and valet parking with in-out privilages for well under 200.00 a night. Great location, decent view and overall the staff was incredible (except the bartenders??-go figure)
