I found this company online listed under taxi service. I called to schedule a pick up for a guest that was visiting our company on Washington Blvd. I called Van & Limo and gave our address and asked if they could pick him up and deliver him to his destinnation. I was told 15 - 20 min wait time. After 30 min I called again and was asked for my address again and was told the driver was on his way and it would be another 15 min. Another 20 min had gone by so I called a third time. This time I was told they would not pick up our guest. the service is only from the airport, so I questioned why was I told twice that they would come. I was then hung up on. I preceeded to call back 5 times they would not answer my call so I called from another number and the phone was answered immediately. Once I started explaining the situation, I was told the manager would be in within the hour. I waited 3 hours and called back. My calls went unasnwered again so again, I called from another number and had my call answered and was told the manager is off today because it is a holiday (Presidents Day???) This is the service you get from BWI Van & Limo~

Visit Their website www.VANandLimo.com or Call 443-505-1196. When You make Reservation indicate you need Car Seat or Booster Seat, Also tell them Child Age / Weight of your kid. Driver Will be waiting at BWI Airport or in Baltimore Washington DC Metro Area with appropriate Car Seat.
You do not have to Carry your own Car Seat If you are Travelling to Baltimore, Maryland.

Great rates ,great service and good vehicles .I call this company 3 p:m my flight is 4P:m and they pick up 3:20 p:m time and they drop me before 4 o" clock and i didn't miss my flight because driver even go with shortcut route i like this

Great Service. I am really impressed by their service. Friendly and on time. Very nice fleet of Cars, SUVs, Mini Vans and 14 Passenger Coaches. I would prefer them always. A good company to promote city image. I tried their online reservation system. Its a new startup. As per my Research, This is the only company using state of the Art Web based dispatch system in Baltimore Area. at www.VANandLimo.com Customers can easily book and change their trip reservations. Print their invoices and get rewarded for doing all by themselves. Their Rates are very affordable and Quality of service is great. I have evaluated 20+ Services in the area. Simply Airport Van and Limo, LLC is the best. I would mention that I tested their service from BWI to Washington DC, For Group of 14 People, We paid only $140 each way. They are cheaper than Super Shuttle. Next day, I tried them For Baltimore inner harbor to PHL Airport. We paid only $280 for Group of 14 People.Driver was very informed about Baltimore City. I asked him how you know so much about city? He replied that he is certified tourism Ambassador for Baltimore. I was really impressed.
