Their price is reasonable and hourly rate is what you should accept for the quality and time.
On today's world, especially on remodel/construction field the most important thing is to do things right at first time. Rework is usually very hard, very bad if not impossible. Unlicensed workers may not be cheaper - you must know that, and most of time they are really not qualified nor have enough skills. Before I choose them I talked/interview with about 20 contractors in three turns.
The owner, Joe Cundy is very nice, patient and smart guy, his workers are of 10 years experience or more and among the top level. For my historical plaster wall/ceiling fix their job is the best as I can find. For normal dywall many people can do, but plaster repair needs more skills.

Joe and his team were on the ball! Great work, timely, and finished on budget and before expected completion date. Joe's bid was competitive, concise and detailed enough to know exactly what we could expect. Great work and we'll use him again!

Joe & Al Phase drywall did an excellant job on my remodel. They were on-time, on budget & a great pleasure to work with. They got the job done & when there were issues (when are there not with a remodel) they came back promptly & fixed the problems. If you want it done right the first time give Joe a call.
