Garfield's Restaurant

We agree with the other reviewers here....Garfield's is definitely one of our new best places to dine. Having moved here from the Pacific NW, the one thing we miss is being able to dine "on the water". But now, we can again enjoy waterside dining, in a quiet atmosphere, with wonderful food and service. This is a great place for "locals" or "out of towners" alike. We have enjoyed both brunch and dinner at Garfield's and they never disappoint. We are definitely becoming "regulars" !

I have taken family and friends here are few times and even my girlfriends 16 years old daughter says..."this is my new favorite restaurant!" The atmosphere is relaxed, service is attentive ... and ah yes...the food gets better every time! I almost want to keep this place a secret for fear of not being able to get in!

Just ate at Garfield's Restaurant on the Lake in Summerlin today and LOVED it! I had a delicious, very filling chopped salad, french fries and a chocolate mousse for dessert. It's so pretty inside - all windows and light and looks onto the lake in Desert Shores. It feels like you're sitting in a boat or a boathouse. My friend tried the cheeseburger and said it tasted great - piled high with lettuce and tomatoes and her son ate the macaroni and cheese off of the kid's menu - it came in a cute little red pot. I'm going to go back for dinner this week so I can try some of the grilled fish and the French pizza.
