thats probably cause of the black people who were serving. they can never do anything right. everytime I went to the one in DC they would always mess up my order and the food would come an hour later

My experience at Friday's was terrible. Four of us went to Friday's for our lunch on March 20, 2009. We arrived around 12:15. We all put in our orders at the same time. 2 of the orders arrived about 45 minutes later. The other 2 did not come until about 1hr and 40 minutes after we had put in the order. One of the ladies had finished her meal and the other other was almost finished. I guess the waiter or whomever thought we could be compensated by giving us an extra order of potatoes, which I did not eat.. The service was very, very poor. Never have I experienced such poor service, where 4 people order at the same time, but 2 get there meals 45 minutes later and the other 2 get their meals about an hour and forty minutes later.
