GRNY Renovation - Manhattan

My bathroom project took two weeks from the time of contract to the final results and I must say its the most beautiful bathroom I've ever seen. I am very grateful to the project manager, Mr Koch for making my dream bath come true. Thank you very much.

The kitchen and bath remodel work done by GRNY Renovation and managed by Mr.Koch literally 'makes me happy' everyday. All the staff worked closely with me and my partner to ensure we got the look we wanted from carefully choosing the right material, color/texture to the final design and installation. Everything was performed smoothly with no major delays due to constant supervision of the owner of the company. Thanks for making this project as painless as possible for us. Great job!

I was trying to remodel my mom's house, so that she can have a safer place to live. Getting into and out of the bathtub became very difficult specially after her operation. Looking for help in figuring out how to update her bathroom, I came across with Mr Koch, owner of GRNYC Renovation. I was introduced by a good friend of mine who is a realtor in Forest Hills, Queens. What amazing job they did at my mom's home! They gut renovated her bathroom, add a walk-in tub, install safety fixtures and accessories around the bathroom and everything in such a small area. From material quality to final design the result was simply superb. I finally brought my mom home today and I am so happy to see how easy for her to move around now. Before I discovered GRNY Renovation through my interior designer, I always dreaded starting any home improvement project because things frequently do not go as planned. Mr Koch was my project manager in our home remodeling and what a pleasant experience. Responsible person and a true gentleman. He and his crew carefully checked all the job details.
This project consisted of many different remodeling projects rolled into one. There was a kitchen remodel, a bathroom remodel, and a office remodel, along with new furniture, architectural details, and overall decorating. The job was done correctly and even though we had a few obstacles due to supplier delivery delay, I can say all problems encountered along the way was solved without much stress. Thanks again for a job well done!

I am pleased to take a moment to thanks GRNY Renovation for the wonderful job they did renovating our kitchen and bathroom. It has been several months since completion and we are still thrilled with the results.

When my wife and I began seeking bids for our project we were very cautious, wanting to avoid the home improvement horror stories we had heard. Of primary importance to us was to work with an ethical, reputable, and local company in addition to obtaining expert advice. We found all of this and more with Mr. Koch at GRNY. Our experience working with him and his employees was very favorable. We felt we had the proper assistance and guidance when selecting the products and colors. The crews was always courteous and respectful of our home and of our time.

I appreciate your expert advice during the entire process. You have a special ability to listen to the customer needs and wants to achieve a quality result. Our new kitchen and bathroom exceeded our expectations, and is more beautiful than we imagined when we began the process.

The team at Grny did my bathroom and I think they did a very good job at a fantastic price. I love the space now and hope to do my kitchen next.

They finished the work on time, which was a first for me- I was thrilled!! Very meticulous work, attention to detail.

My family is very happy with our new flooring. GRNY was very professional to work with, I like that they had all their licenses and insurance, and they really took the time to understand my precise ideas and wants.

I'm not an easy customer and I was very pleased. I'd recommend to others.
