My computer was broken. They fixed it! That's about it except they did it all for an awesome price, picked it up for free, diagnosed it for free, fixed things they i wasn't expecting (without charging me extra), delivered it for free, and put a year warranty on the part they replaced (again at no extra charge). Not too shabby.

My Dell was not working so i called these guys. They came to me which was nice being i didn't have to alter my schedule to get my computer looked at. They didn't even charge a diagnostic fee or a trip charge. The employee told me exactly what was wrong with my laptop in terms i could understand and gave me a price that was amazing. I did the repair and the next day my laptop was ready to go! They set it up, installed all my programs, printer, ipod, camera, GPS at no extra cost. They computer is working great and has had no issues since i got it back. Its running way faster than when i purchased it 3 years ago. Overall a great experience!
These guys have great customer service! They fixed my computer at a very low price and have helped me countless times since i did the repair. I really liked the tech that came out. He was nice, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I hope i never have to get my computer repaired again. But if i do I'm calling Total Tech
Seriously do not use or trust this company! I cannot warn you enough! They "fixed" my computer and it broke with the same exact problem with in a week. The service was apparently under warranty. However since they refuse to return ANY of my multiple voice mails the warranty is USELESS. I have been trying to reach them for over 2 months and even have my family trying. I threw over $200 in the trash by using them and now am forced to buy a new computer! HORRIBLE!

Great Service, Great price, They came to me and diagnosed my problems for free. They also gave me a discount because i fixed 2 computers! I will use these guys for all my computer needs!
