.

We lived here from 2002 to 2009.
It used to be a quiet, semi-safe place to live.
The surrounding neighborhood as well as the apts themselves gets worse as far as crime & noise each year.
These last few years it seems we've had a couple Mgmt companies. Each one worse than the previous.
We get notices about foreclosure seems like every other month; yet they're pressuring everyone to be signed up on a lease.
Our lawn, pool, laundry, maintenance and trash services are erratic.
When we do contact the office about repairs or issues they never can seem to get to anything until 3-5 days thereafter.
One apt in particular has the roof of their front patio coming down... and it's been like that for at least a year.
And last year, the pool was closed for quite a few months.
Now this year, they put a padlock on it...
It's been closed the ENTIRE summer!
Said it was due to some new law about having 2 drains.
So who knows if/ when it will ever re-open?

Oh, and the parking situation is horrible.
You get one parking spot per apt.
Several times we've had people park in our spot
and/or block us in.

These apts are in desperate need of BETTER mgmt.

(Some tenants -on the NW side of the complex- had an infestation of roaches, but we never had that problem.)

If you're desperate to find a place; it's cheap & centrally located.
Otherwise, I'd recommend you to keep looking.
