The best overall dealership experience we've ever had. They found the car at a price we wanted when others could not. Our salesman (Wolos Safi) was terrific he and his manager (Alex Chung) were cooperative, friendly, not pushy, and knowledgeable. The purchase process (Steve Hahn) was swift, comfortable, and hassle free. And finally a first class service department (Eric Li Fo Sjoe, Service Manager & George Rodriguez, Service Consultant) where they really understand and practice first class customer service and deliver top quality work and I've personally experienced both. My first experience with DCH Tustin Acura was positively the best new car purchasing experience I have encountered in 50 years of buying new automobiles. The staff was courteous, attentive, professional and above all sincere about their work. As a corporate banker, I deal daily in large ticket transactions (from aircraft purchases to financing assembly plants) so more than any other customer I am extremely demanding and critical. I must say that Sven, Miguel, and Steve provided above par performance in their respective tasks and far exceeded my expectations as a first time buyer at the dealership. Dick Hsu the GM should be very proud of his team and congratulate them on a sale to me-- well done! It was clear from the minute Miguel introduced himself to the time Sven gave us in explaining the details of our purchase, the car and introducing us to others in the dealership that the "hallmark" of DCH Tustin Acura is customer first. I purchased an MDX with the advance package and the dealership is still following up offering assistance. I would recommend DCH Tustin Acura to anyone who wants an honest, no hassle and helpful experience in buying their Acura.

My husband and I went to Tustin Acura to test drive a certified pre-owned RL and to look at the TSX's. We met with Steve Hahn who immediately showed us the vehicles we were interested in. We test drove both and made the decision to buy the 2010 TSX. Steve was there to help with our decision, but was not pushy in the least. We then met with Miguel Jimenez, the sales manager. It was a quick transaction and the paperwork went very smoothly because of Steve Hahn's expertise. We also met with the service dept and left, very happily, with our new TSX. Kenny Nguyen showed us how to work all of the high-tech devices on our new car before we left. WE got a very good deal at Tustin Acura and all of the employees are extremely helpful.

Perhaps by fate I ended up at the DCH. I had an appt. with the sales manager at South Coast Acura to test drive the new TSX wagon. I got there to find no manager and no car in stock.
We quickly searched the internet to find the closest alternate dealer and ended up at DCH.
We test drove the car, fell in love, and came back the next morning to purchase.
It has been 8 years since I have been through the purchase procedure...i was there 4 hours sorting out the trade in value and doing all the paperwork. The crew is very nice and professional. It just took a long time. This being said, I went back the following day to receive my tutorial on all the features of the car (navigation package). I had an appt. with Omar for 10 o'clock and he was there right on time despite that his shift didn't start until 11. Aside from the process taking too long, and not receiving as much for my Honda Pilot trade in wise, it was overall a very good experience. Although it will be several years before I am in the car market again, I will certainly be a repeat customer if I am in the market for an Acura.

I've dealt with Freddie many times and he never, ever fails in his courtesy, and knowledge of the car. He is honest and always gets me the car on time and usually ahead of schedule.

Thanks for providing your customers with top-notch service. I always bring my MDX in to your dealership for service because of the way the service managers treat the customer. They always great with a smile and provide a clear overview of the work to be done and an estimated wait time. If anything changes along the way, the service manager calls me to provide an update to the time frame and if any extra work will be required or not. I also appreciate that upon receiving the final paperwork prior to payment, the service manager reviews each line item with me so that I know exactly what was done ...and what work was not needed! The extra effort put forth by your service managers to assure me that they are looking out for my best interest is much appreciated.

My husband and I bought our TL from Miguel Jimenez, Sales Manager, two days ago. This was an astonishingly relaxed and satisfying experience. We are in our seventies and have bought many cars. Normally we look forward to the inevitably harrowing encounter with the sales manager as we might look forward to a root canal. What a pleasant surprise to meet Miguel Jimenez and Tom Pitchford, our Sales Consultant. There was no need to try to decipher numbers shuffled around like a shell game or translate sales speak. It was all laid out for us in a straight forward manner. No mad tap dancing around. Just a very relaxed chat and a clear view of normal charges, those that are and are not negotiable. We expressed our goals, and Miguel met them. No "selling," no persuasive techniques (you are in danger of economic loss if you do not buy this additional $3,000 package) just a simple, exceptionally pleasant transaction. I can say in all sincerity, this is the first time in our lives that we did not wake up the following morning with buyer's remorse. And by the way, ask for Tom Pitchford, when you go to the dealership, or call him first at 714-669-9900, and he will make an appointment with you. I am seriously technology challenged, but Tom taught me more about my TL in twenty minutes than I had learned about my previous TL in three years. These are exceptional people, and if you have read the other reviews, you know my opinion is shared by all.

Been coming here since I bought my 2003 Acura 3.2 CL Type S. The quality of service is top shelf and though I live in Dana Point it is always well worth it to travel the extra miles. Special kudos to Freddy Caraballo for ensuring the job is done right and on time. I highly recommend Tustin Acura.

I have been dealing with the Service Dept. at Tustin Acura for 3 years now, specifically the service manager, Eric Li Fo Sjoe. Eric has always been extremely professional and delivers excellent service. My last visit was in July 2010 and as always it was great. They are honest at the service dept and they do not try to overcharge or do unnecessary work. I always go back. Great manager and a great team.

Good morning! Just wanted share with you how wonderful my experience was this morning (7/19) with your Service Department. With no appointment, I stopped in and was greeted by Larry who was very nice, very professional. I explained that one of my tires was losing air and asked if someone could just take a look at it. Not only did he do just that, he had the issue resolved and I was on my way within 30 minutes. He was great to give me updates, explain what needed to be done and understood that my time mattered without my ever having to say so. It may seem like such a small thing, but I was a bit panicked as I'm driving to Northern California this week. So, service like this went a long way this morning. I'll definitely keep coming back AND referring others to you as well. Thanks for making it a great start to the week!

Tustin Acura Service rates a ten in my book and I would gladly recommend your services to friends. I especially appreciate that Larry asked the men who worked on my car to hurry with the repair since I had to wait for it. The courtesy wash was icing on the cake.
