2005 Dodge durango. my experince was very memorable the staff here is very freindly and was willing to mork with me. yes avondle dodge is a good deal they have farily priced vechiles. yes i would recomend them. i have tried to buy vechiles in the past and other dealerships would laugh in my face and i would like to say thanks to andy walker for working with me.

We purchased a 2006 Dodge Durango from Avondale Dodge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are a fair deal. They provided a car fax and quick service. Our Sales Associate Tony was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

Got Rip off on vehicle we purchase and never take your vehicle in for service at this location.They never seem to fix anything.I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went there for a used car. I gave full disclosure about my credit. They approved me for financing, we signed on the dotted line, and everyone said their congrats and goodbyes. Two weeks later I got a letter in the mail telling me the car had to come back and we had to renegotiate new terms. They wanted $3000 and another $500 the next week- or no deal. Thanks Avondale Dodge, as I wasted two days in their office and traveling to find to find this vehicle, not to mention hours of sitting there with a VERY unprofessional staff of sales-slime. No wonder they are under investigation.

Bought a car and the next day told me they could not sell the car at the price on the contract. Finance person was extremely rude could not believe the way they were treating our business. Would not recommend this dealership for any reason.

This place is the WORST. Everything that happened to the people in the previous reviews, happened to me here. They "bait and switched" me-- promised me one deal, and then when I agreed, they took the deal back and said they couldn't possibly sell me the car at that price. They upped the price and took off options. They were hoping my heart was set on the car by that time as I had already been at the dealership for 7 HOURS by that time. That's right, they take the keys to your trade when they appraise it and they don't give them back. Then they make the deal take FOREVER, by the time you finally make it to the end of the deal, you are exhausted and just want it all to come to an end.

They promised me a very low interest rate for a very high number of months (come to find out, banks don't eve FUND financing for the number of months they promised me) and I am pretty sure that had I purchased this car, I would have been one of those people that Avondale Dodge called up several days later to tell them that they couldn't get the agreed upon financing and the payment had to go up.

They have 40 complaints with the bbb over the past 36 months and they currently have 9 filings on ripoffreport.

Definitely think twice before going to buy a vehicle here. Customer service is lacking big time. They definitely think to much of the customer..Just get you in and get you out as fast as they can.

I wouldnt recommend this dealership. First of all, they are like vultures when you pull into the lot. they almost follow your car to a parking spot and try to open your door for you. Then they help you find a higher priced vehicle then we were looking for to begin with. You sit down with a cocky salesman who acts like you being there is a big favor for YOU! Then, they take forever to come up with a contract that works best for them, and if you have shaky credit, they let you know that you should be scared to walk away from the deal they are offering. They then let you take the car home and fall in love with it only to call you 5 or 6 days later and tell you you didnt qualify and you have to bring it back. So, you bring it back and they are very rude and make you feel like a big loser. We will never go back to this dealership again.

I would not recommend this dealership at all. They try to sell you the most expensive vehicle and then they push push push for you too buy the vehicle that day. They give empty promises and tell you they will get you a great deal. They don't give much for your trade in either. The staff was rude once I turned down there deal and I have found much better deals at other Dodge dealerships.

This is the dealer that I take my car to when it needs repairs. They're repair prices are high but all dealers are. They do good work and get cars in and out in a very quick manner.
