Before I begin, I have to admit that I can't stand car dealerships in general. It all stems from a horrible experience that I had years ago in a Ford store that left scars that still ache. I could go on for hours in regards to that sour

I cannot stress enough how Tony Prevo's and Jay Frank went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful customer experience. Tony even drove our motorcycle (which we were trading) in the snow from Evergreen, Colorado to the dealership. My husband has epilepsy and he knew I was nervous about him driving it in. I was TOTALLY amazed. He is one outstanding sales person. He follow-up has been outstanding and I can tell he truly cares about his customers. I love my new convertible beetle and love Tony & Jay!

I was very pleased with the service that I received at this dealership. They are right around the corner from my house so it was very convenient when I first moved into town. The first visit to the store in 2011 was a little disappointing. The service lounge was dark and uninviting. My wait wasn't bad but I wasn't thrilled with the surroundings. They offered a great deal on an oil change package that I couldn't refuse which brought me back in last month (May). Wow! The place a total face-lift! The service drive was incredible and the customer lounge was completely different. Leather bound sofas, huge LED TV, and free coffee. I was very impressed with the changes and then equally impressed with the service. I needed to replace my tires and they showed a price comparison to local wholesale shops like Costco. It was great! I didn't have to wait long before they offered me a loaner car and off I went. There are obviously some good things happening at this dealership. This is the first time I have ever used an online service to give a review and I thought they deserved a good one. I was truly impressed and didn't see any indication of what was already posted here.

I forgot to mention they lie, lie, lie..I was told by the manager that they were the only ones in the state of Colorado to have a Jetta TDI manual, I found 9 others at other dealerships in town.

If I had the ability to give no stars, I undoubtedly would. I'm absolutely disgusted at the way my lease deal was treated. Tony Prevo may be a decent salesperson, however the entire company needs to be seriously reorganized. From lack of communication to threatening phone calls, they displayed the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. They are deceptive, incredibly pushy, and are absolutely NOT geared towards honest and helpful customer service. Justin Lombardi should be ASHAMED at the way his business is being run - on the contrary, he did NOTHING to solve my lease issue - instead he passed it on to Breck Higgins who more than likely has no college education and an awful business sense, therefore he maintains NO clue as to how to conduct ethical business. If you're looking to drive off the lot in a car, this is your place. If you're looking to give the car back as a result of THEIR internal lack of communication and follow through, this is also your dealership. I will NEVER do business with ANY Larry H. Miller dealership ever again and I will make sure that many others hear this as well. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I'm not sure which Larry Miller VW Kia these other reviewers are visiting, but I've never had an even vaguely negative moment while working with these guys. The waiting area is nicely appointed and they really go out of their way to minimize your time there. I have only glowing things to say about this dealer.

My family and I have all driven VWs through out our lives. Currently, I own three and my mom has one in her garage. They've always been great cars, but being a VW owner, you know the service departments aren't the greatest. However, Larry H. Miller VW takes the cake. I had my car in there over FIVE times for what should have been a simple repair. I live in Fort Collins, so getting to the dealership isn't easy. The last time they touched my car, I got it back it back with a huge dent in the door and a broken door handle. I'll NEVER go back. The only VW service department in Colorado I trust is Ed Carroll in Fort Collins.

I also agree with the other reviews of Larry Miller's sales staff. We bought two of our VWs from them, but worked with the same sales person each time (Tony Prevo). He's a great guy and cares about his customers, but everyone else on the sales staff is scum. JP is a CREEP who tried stealing our sale from Tony each time. Despite the good treatment from Tony, I'll NEVER step foot in Larry Miller VW again, for any reason.

These guys treated me like a criminal, took my down payment (over $6k) after they knew the loan was denied, then made me wait two weeks to get it back with one excuse after another. I wanted to buy my leased car (got it from another dealer). I'd had my car serviced before by them, so thought I could trust their sales people. What a bunch of clowns! I got passed around all day to several people. Even the loan closer from my credit union couldn't get help. It took over 7 hours one day and I still don't have the correct paperwork to complete my purchase! The man, J.P. Panteloglow, who was the final person I spoke to told me that he hadn't gotten to faxing the papers because he had other things to do. This experience did not make me feel like a valued customer. Shame on the GM, Justin Lombardi, to allow the business to be run like this.

I kept seeing ads for the new Sportage and how different it looked. I went to Grand KIA only 5 minutes away (horrible idea) and they were very rude and said, there would be no way to make a deal on the new Sportage. I went to Larry H Miller 25 minutes away and they said the Sportage is nice, but will get a way better deal with the Sorento. My wife and I worked with Walter, Noah, and JP who made our test drive experience and sales experience very comfortable with no pressure like most dealers. Got a low interest rate and ended with the same payment as my 2008 Sportage. Purchased March 1, 2011. \r
Just today March 14, found the little window had shattered due to a factory flaw and with no questions asked, the service department was on the phone with KIA saying they will pay for the new one and within minutes Seth in Sales helped to get a loaner vehicle to us. \r
Usually most dealers they sell you a car and the feeling you get when you come back is ""what do want?!"" With Larry H Miller, you feel welcome each and every time without even buying a car. I am also sure that Larry H Miller VW is the same great service!

I went to Larry H. Miller to buy a car and had a wonderful experience! I felt like I got a very good deal, and I wasn't pressured into anything. I had spent the whole day looking at cars and was burnt out with the "sales" tatics of other places... Larry H. Miller was my last stop and I am so happy I went to them! I love my car and everyone was great, espically Shawn. I will tell all my friends and family to go to them! They are awesome!

Gary and JP were awesome. I called them from out of state and asked for a car I had seen on the internet. They gave me a great deal on the VW bug that was in the budget that I had outlined. They even paid for 1/2 of my plane ticket!!! Gary picked me up from my hotel the next morning to save me cab fare and to make things easier. Emma helped get me a great deal on a warranty for my car as well. She is a sweetheart! When I arrived at the dealership, the car was all ready, they had even put a flower in the vase for me :) . One last thing was they made me a plate of spaghetti so I could eat before my long trip home. This was such a great experience, I would fly back here again to buy a car and I HATE planes! Thanks guys for everything!

I had a wonderful experience at Larry H. Miller VW/KIA. All the staff are extremely friendly. My salesman was Josh Sahr. He was very knowledgeable about all VW. I traded in my Subaru Legacy for a new Jetta SE. Josh went through all the features in the car with me.
I love my Jetta and will definately go back to Josh for future VW purchases.

I Started taking my Jeep to Larry Miller Kia because they seem to service my car better and faster and do a better job then other dealerships. I was treated fairly and honestly and felt like I knew exactly what was going to be done to my car before I left. I felt like they really cared about their customers. They seemed to bend over backwards for me. I was very happy with all work done to my car, and will continue to allow Larry Miller Kia to service all of my familys cars..........

Put simply, one of the easiest and overall greatest transactions I have ever had. I helped my friend purchase a car through this dealership and the whole staff from sales, management, service, and finance gave us an A+ experience. Tony Prevo will be the only person I call for any more automotive needs. Thanks to the guys at Larry Miller VW. You guys couldn't have been any better...seriously.

Bought several cars from them over past 5 years...04 GTI 1.8T (certified/3K) and most recent 08 Jetta SE (certified/49k). Sales staff were always direct and easy to deal with. They always let me use the internet to view prices on cars at other dealers or on blue book. I viewed other reviews that indicated negative issues, but this has not been the case for me. 04 GTI has been serviced by them since 05 except for some oil changes I do myself. Service department prices are now competitive with private shops...not always the case in the past. They always did a great job on service and estimates. My only compliant in the past (before it was switched to Larry Miller) was that the service department would sometimes say that we needed to get it serviced here to ensure warranty and extended warranty would be honored....not true and not very professional to say. Final note - although there are never any ironclad guarantees with ANY cars...they are mechanical things...always do your research and homework regarding any cars (reliability, cost, etc.) you are planning to consider...this will put you in a stronger negotiating position and you will mostly end up with a better car and as a happier person.

I had done a lot of research on my new Jetta before going out to a dealership, and probably the best and most informative website was as well as their other website for Volkswagen (unfortunately I am not allowed to mention their website here, citysearch won't let me, you will have to find their website on your own). I had talked with a salesperson before going down to the dealership about a specific model, I had asked him price, etc. When I got in to see Chris, he had the car waiting for me. We hopped in and took a test drive right away. He did not ask me to fill out unnecessary paperwork, etc to see if I qualified for the vehicle. He told me that he wanted to make certain I like the vehicle first. \r

I fell in love with the car, but I told him that I wanted to make certain that I was getting the best deal. I went out and searched Craigslist, autotrader, etc. Although this was not absolutely the lowest priced Jetta, it was $50.00 more than the cheapest I had found which was out of state. I went back to Chris and I told him that I was ready to buy the vehicle. Unfortunately he had sold the car to another couple while I was shopping, but instead of just letting it go, he got on the phone right away and found the same Jetta at another dealerhip for me. He told me that he could have it ready for me in about an hour if I wanted to come back. \r

I came back in an hour and the vehicle was there waiting for me. After we completed the nogotiation process and went close on the financing, everything came back just the way Chris told me that it would. Everything went extremely well, I would recommend anyone go to this dealership if they are looking at buying a new or used Volkswagen.
